Vox sneers. "...this request...what was it?"
Loki's arrogant tone was getting on his nerves but he forced himself to think of Sarah and Yin.
His arm was trembling, how greatly he wanted to strike down Loki.

Loki sighed," It was for Zaria to just be at my side while I was here, like an escort. I had her dressed in one of my best dresses, and she was fully complying with it...but I guess Yin's overprotective gene came out. I'm not too surprised about it."

"Rubbish! I'd have never allowed it either!" He shouts, his hand tensing as he held himself back, although his left foot did slide behind him slightly.

Selene squeezed his hand some as she tried to calm him down some.
Loki sighed," Thing is, Zaria had no word of protest...if she had said that she didn't want to. Then we would have talked about an alternative."

Vox remains silent, his eyes were sharp and cold as he gauged Loki. His hand was no longer trembling, but holding steady upon the hilt. He simply watches him, waiting for Selene to continue the conversation.

Selene sighed," Lets go on and past this....we just want to make sure that your promise to our family will be upheld."
Loki nodded," Yes it will be, I promised to not only your son, but to Sarah, she was persistent about it."
Selene nodded," I'm also thinking....if Sarah ever need to come back here,or be picked up...if you could send Yuki to do it. Your presence in the tavern would not bode well."
Loki nodded," I understand that also."

Loki shook his head," There's nothing else that comes to mind for me..."
Selene nodded," Same thing here, so if you don't mind that we take our leave."
Loki smiled as he looked to the both of them," Not at all, it was nice to talk finally."
Selene smiled gently as she stood up," Thank you."
She then took Vox's hand, ready to leave when he wished.

Normally Vox would bow before he left, but he barely managed a nod. He starts walking towards the exit, his hand still safely resting upon the hilt of his blade.

Selene held his other hand strongly and walked out with Vox, kissing his cheek some as they walked out of the mansion.

"I'm guessing there's probably a fight or two having broken out by now, so why don't we remain by ourselves for the time being." He says with a slight laugh.

Selene smiled laughing some," True, so true....Alright."
She smirked, pressing herself against him, giving him a kiss," Ya know...since everyone is in the tavern...that leaves the apartment open."
Though they often spent nights and lived in the tavern, they did still own an apartment which Selene had owned from before they were even married. And thinking about it now, it would be perfect to spend some time alone with him in their second home.
