Cyrus see's the undies and raised a legal document up "......BY COPYRIGHT ORDER OF MY FACE ON THESE PRODUCTS, I TAKE 100% OF THOSE EARNINGS FROM YOU AND LEAVE YOU BANKRUPT TO TO THE POINT OF BECOMING A HOBO WHILE I GET RICH INIFINITLY >D" takes all his earnings from the Cyrus products thanks to the goverment's screw over system yet again and leaves sage to live forever in an infinite time of being poor to make more money for Cyrus.

Neciel bursts in, taking all the earnings back to Sage. "You can't copyright your own face and then use it against him after the sales. It doesn't work that way. xD " Neciel wins because Cyrus is an idiot, and never copyrighted his own face in the first place. "Sage can use your face all you want, and you can't screw him over with copyright laws...... plus it's not 100% anyway." xD

There is only one flaw in your argument...I'm not making any money off of the merchandise. This means that copyright laws do not mean jack to me, not to mention that while you may have the cyrus copyright, *holds up documentation* I have Penguin cyrus copyright. Whose the fool now? *Runs off to send crate to Reya*

Tokushi looks to them both nodding "Alright....it seems you sir are guity of giving away merchandise that has a persons face on it.....Thus he should be getting money for it however your not giving him his rightful amount.....so, here in the favor of the Tyrant Court system we shall see who gets rights over these....peguin merchandise, FIRST THE CLIENT CYRUS.....YOU HAVE ANY WITNESSES?"
Cyrus nodded " Yes I do sir...." points to the door revealing a little girl holding a Cyrus penguin which all know well "I call Reya L Tour to the stand!"

*passes note to lawyer Neciel which says* according to copyright laws one cannot gain any money off of what others own, music, images, ect... in the case that such an event happens the owner of the rights is only entitled to 2% of the profit. Cyrus gets 2% of zero.

And being just as powerful as you, I'm going to manipulate things 'til you stop destroying the legal system!"
