He was amused.
It was more than obvious; the gleam rung within his eyes even as he kept his posture perfectly polite, his hands coming to hide behind his back, "That would be lovely, M'lady," still, the possibility of having a whole house to play with as he deemed necessary, without having to even follow a specific set of guidelines was more than alluring enough to have him on his best behavior. He was having trouble keeping himself from practically squealing with the notion of 'Yay! A whole PLAYGROUND all to myself!'. As it was, he was doing a horribly good job at looking calmly recollected, forcing himself to look away from the woman as she praised her daughter for an idea HE, himself had set forth for he was sure if he kept on watching, he'd smirk and ruin the facade.
No sooner was the woman gone, that the boy allowed his arms to cross over his chest, watching the aristocrat retreat away back inside with a clear smirk now written over his features. Turning to face Sewti, he snorted lightly, "Oh, please, do show Mr. Nili around, he's dieing to see what the fuss's all about," he drawled out lightly, "Actually, I think she's horribly amusing, actually, and I do plan on taking her generous offer, seeing as how I proposed it in the first place, in hopes she'd offer," another snort was offered at this point; it was clear he wasn't particularly offended though, at least not in the light of his recent playground discovery. A pause followed, and he clapped his hands together once, almost childishly, "Ah, yeah, that'd be good; I don't really need anything other than clothes and... something tells me I wouldn't fit in into anything you have even if I liked it," absolutely shameless and having absolutely no problem with it.
Turning back to face the house, he seemed to ponder, then lifted a hand in the air, another flourish, followed by a smirk, as he motioned forward, "Well, about that guided tour? Or would you rather go back now to get my clothes? Either or is fine," so long he didn't have to be in Sewti's mother's presence, he'd be fine; he wasn't sure he could have stomached a few more minutes without ruining the face with a snicker-fit, and something told him it'd get worse if he was forced into the woman's presence again soon. Placing his arms behind his head, he placed his weight upon one foot, lifting the other slightly in place, "Well, this'll be interesting at least... it's not often I get to enjoy the customers as much as I do the work. The customers are usually utter morons," it explained the earlier explosion he'd had on her (one could only put up with idiocy for so long, and he'd had his fair share). Not only that, but in a way, it was an indirect compliment to the girl beside him, and he was vaguely aware of the fact; again, still utterly shameless of the fact.

She smirked at him, shaking her head slightly and sending the white tresses of hair tumbling about her face. "I'm glad that someone finds her amusing, because I certainly find her to be a real pain in my rear ninety percent of the time," she drawled, her tail flickering behind her with just a bit of emphasis that said she was probably a little irritated. She took the time to adjust the vest that her mother had tugged about, then reached up to run a pale hand through equally pale hair, making sure that none of it was left tucked behind her ears. Her mother could fuss all she wanted, but that didn't mean she wasn't going to fix everything to suit her fancy as soon as she walked away. She was good at sitting still to make her be quiet when she was around, but once she was gone, she simply reverted back to her good ol' self. "I'm glad that it's no imposition, then," she said with a soft laugh that was obviously out of amusement, "I wouldn't want you staying here with us if it was too hard on your schedule or anything." Oh, she knew there were few people that would turn it down, especially with the money that came attached to the job.
"I think," she said slowly, clicking her tongue as she glanced back towards the house, "that I had better take you on that tour now. For one, if she finds out that I haven't led you on it straight away so you can start getting those lovely ideas rolling, I'm likely to get that sharp tongue of hers later for it." She rolled her eyes back over to him, that smirk haunting her lips as she hooked a thumb in the hem of her pants, a simple, idle gesture. "Besides, the sooner you see what you have to work with, the sooner you can start thinking up your ideas, so that when she does come to pester you about them fifteen times a day, you'll have a head start on what to tell her." Oh, for that was what her mother would do, no doubt. She liked to keep a close eyes on her investments and this was an investment that she was bound to be particularly interested in. Hell, she would be surprised if she didn't encourage her to spend time with Nili, learning about flowers and all that girly stuff. Not that she was complaining about it on a personal level, he was quite interesting, but that girly frilly crap she could do without.
"So, if you're ready, we'll start that tour now, and you can decide for yourself just how interesting this will be," she chuckled softly and held out a hand in front of her, motioning for him to start walking, before she too followed after him. This would be an interesting week, indeed. She wasn't quite sure how he was going to adjust to being here, but at least she had someone to bide her time with, and maybe her mother would leave her alone if she thought she had taken an interest in the flowers. With a little, amused shake of her head, she followed him inside.
