Jade wasn't surprised at all. She knew that he thought she wouldn't be able to breathe at this height but she could. Jade smirked and just stayed still and waited for him to get tired and fly back down to the ground.

He abruptly dropped her at 5,000 feet after descending some.

Jade was surprised that he dropped her and started to figure out what she was going to do. She could stop herself from falling in many ways but didn't want anyone to know about her powers, so she decided that she would just keep falling to her death. If she died or got hurt all the blame would be on Zack.

After a thousand feet, he snapped his fingers and a large Roc appeared seemingly from nowhere and caught her, floating for a moment. Zach lowered and laughed. "Well, dropping from that high and not even screaming. You have special powers like me, do you not?"

Jade looked at Zack. "Maybe I do. Maybe I don't. Plus, there was no reason to scream, it wasn't going to help me."

He laughed. "Definitely powers. Mythos, drop her." The bird slowly faded and she started dropping again, only to be caught by Zach again. He landed softly in the tree and his wings disappeared altogether. He held Jade tightly against him.

Jade knew that Zack knew she had powers but she really doesn't want anyone else knowing. Jade, for the first time in her life, was actually worried.

He smiled. "Worried..." He sighed. "That's one of the bad parts..." Holding her even tighter with just one hand, his sleeve went up. There was a mark like a bear paw on it. Then it went farther up, showing more symbols... "+Anima are people with the powers of animals. I have more than fifty Anima, somehow. I guess I kept getting myself into near death situations or however he said you get Anima..."

"I'm a little worried. But I'm also confused on why you were trying to get me to go away and now you are holding me like you don't want me to go away." Jade said in an unsure voice.

He grinned. "I confuse people a lot. Like how I barely go to class, yet I'm still the top in the class..." Zach's wide smile turned to a smirk. "How I don't remember any of my life until I was... well, I think fifteen-and, even then, until, I think, sixteen, I lived in a forest, and I'm still smarter than any of these nerds combined." He laughed quietly, and muttered, "I'm telling her too much..."

He smiled slightly, and thought, It's kind of useless. I can wipe her memory if I wanted to... He kept that to himself. "Sure," He whispered back.

Jade relaxed. She no longer had to worry to much about her secret being told but she still needed to be careful. "Alright, then, yes I do have powers. I'm just not sure if I should tell you what my powers are."

Jade felt uncomfortable being so close to a guy she just met. Earlier he was telling her to leave him alone. "I don't know. Maybe we could start off with you telling me your name." Jade laughed slightly, thinking about how she doesn't even know his name.
