When someone asks me what kind of music I like, I just say that I like music and lyrics. I don't like bands or artists or genres. Just music and lyrics. It's what captures my attention. When I hear a song, I envision it's meaning, not the dude/chick singing it. Of course, it does help if they have a nice voice. <_<; I want something pleasing to my ears. I cannot stand opera, though. Or heavy metal with all the screaming and whatnot. Everything else, I can deal.

I like all music types, except not much for rap and techno. Some of it is cool though. In other words; mostly what my ears like, I like. razz

I like random things, bu I mostly listen to Pat Benatar, Evanescence, Fleetwood Mac, Utada, Cotton Eye Joe, Every Time We Touch, Piano Man, and Sweet Caroline. =p

i pretty much listens to anything that damages my eardrums and brain deicide, satyricon, avenged sevenfold,cradle of filth, paramore, khaosick, (s)andwich,carcass, coal chamber, eve 6, dimmu borgir, trivium, marilyn manson, bullet for my valentine, machines of loving grace, black light burns, daft punk, alexisonfire, children of bodom, a perfect circle, flyleaf, as i lay dying, mudvayne, mushroomhead, slipknot, korn, limp bizkit, rammstein, ill nino, mcr, killswitch engage, pantera, soulfly,chimaira, nirvana, the casualties, pop shuvit, dragon red, insane clown posse, twiztid, ludacris, pharrell.. got the idea? well.. sumtimes arctic monkeys and franz ferdinand.. but really.. i'm a music lover.. i listen to all kind of music. if i ever have to list it all.. i'm gonna need a dedicated server just to hold the info.

A lot of stuff I like Is really mainstream, but not 'cause they're mainstream. I like Green Day, Panic at the Disco, P!nk, Billy Joel (hardly commonin my age group), Les Mis (I'm unsure of the writer). Stephen Sondheim, also (Into the Woods and Sweeny Todd). OH OH and Jonathan Larson (Rent).

-sighs- music, how I miss it.
I stumbled in here with a happy attitude, but now I am in despire as my father.... my sweet naive father has lost my iPod scream scrap sweet, I could think of a few choice words for him that are far from it.
