Stopping for a moment, he turns back, only to gaze quickly at his current pursuer. She seems to take an interest in him, at least enough for her to follow him. Perhaps she wants a companion to converse with for the moment.
Whatever the case, Neo sheds no more than a cold-hearted glance her way. The conversing type, he is not, and if her goal is to seek out a companion for the moment, she has chosen the wrong person.
Returning to his pathway, he continues down the darkened forested road set out before him.

She burst out in a fit of laughter, turning her back to his. "Suit yourself..." She snikered bitterly and walked away in the opposite direction, lighting another Cig. "Precious forest..tisk tisk.." She mumbled to herself pulling a leaf from the tree and crumbling it, dropping it the the forest floor. A sour grin took place of the smerk.

Jin rolled backwards and landed in a crouched position. He had succeeded in evading his attacker who seemed to only prove to be some what ignorant to the situation. Jin was passive agressive and it was taking all that he was to simply keep his powers in check for he didn't wish to upset the ballance within the forest by burning it all away. He would remain hand to hand for now but defence was not much of an option for if he was to be rid of this being he would have to go on the offensive.
His ears twitched once more at the sound of a women's voice and another who was approaching. Jin had no idea as to how many were with the one he had began to fight but it would seem that they would not become a problem for the moment. The little warrior rolled forward and through Kai's legs only to land on all fours behind him. He then quickly spun around and attempted to sweep Kai's feet out from under him.

Yata'Djinn, basket at hand and dagger at his front, was crouched over, picking some herbs and roots from the forest floor. Stopping for a moment, he heard the slight sound of battle in the distance. His energies flaring up, he sense the presence of several people, several powerful people.
"This forest was calm just moments ago..." the over-troll said, nodding his head.
Standing a little over seven feet tall, Yata looked into the distance, unable to physically see the people, but feel them with his mind.
"Hmmmm... this might be dangerous..."
Yata kneeled behind a tree, in the direction of the opposing forces, pinpointing the distance away from him.
"Still aways..."
Not exactly as concerned as he should be, Yata, a bit rushed, continued his herb picking.
"Just a few more ingredients..."

Kai landed on the ground and when Jin attempted to sweep kick him, his wings flapped and lifted him above his leg. His weapons change again to the broad sword but this time, the blade was glowing red as if it had been in fire. He slashed down at him again hoping to get him since he was crouched.

Crouched or not Jin was not at a disadvantage what so ever. Being his small size and Kai's angle of attack, evading from his position wouldn't be very difficult especially since Jin had not been incased in armor thus allowing him to move swiftly. Jin pushed off of the palms of his hands and rolled backwards to the point in which his legs wer in the air and all that was keeping him grounded was his hand and upper back as they rested against the ground.
In this position Kai would miss but only be a little as it would easily be seen as his sword cut into the ground but an inch away from Jin's body. Jin then pushed off the ground and flung his legs forward so that he could stand up but rather than being grounded once more, Jin landed on the back side of Kai's blade and ran up it towards his opponent's wrist.
As Jin reached Kai's hand after a few steps he jumped forward and put an great amount of strength behind the force of his knee as he attempted to send it directly into Kai's face. This was all done in a mater of three seconds due to carful timeing and granted Kai little time to react if any.

The blade was red because it was hot enough for the metal to turn that color so it would burn his shoes almost down to the sole. Kai retracted his sword by the time he was on his wrist and his armor began to move over his skin. The armor was at his chin when his knee connected and it sent him into a tree. He stood up and his armor was covering him all the way."Good kick."His voice sounded different when his armor was on."How about a little hand to hand combat."

“What are you doing?”
Lindzi said to Yata’Djinn, or as she had nick named him, Yata. She hadn’t appeared out of nowhere, maybe to someone not paying attention to their surrounds it could have seemed like she did, but the sprite was fairly certain that the over-troll had known she was coming even though she was silent in her approach. The dragonfly like wings that held her aloft moved so quickly they appeared to stand still, and even though she was hovering a few feet above the ground, she still had to look up at him. Her smile was genuine and curious and her pose non-threading as she didn’t want to upset him.
“Are you leaving soon? It sounds like those two are really getting into it, if you are leaving, do you mind if I accompany you?”
As she spoke, Lindzi leaned back a bit, staring in the direction she heard the pair fighting in, and simply shook her head. Lindzi wasn’t particularly violent, she didn’t randomly start fights unless she had been ordered to do so.

Jin landed on one knee after Kai was impacted by his attack, the bottom of his feet had smoke coming from them but he had made no indication of pain or other such things. He simply stood at the ready. Jin was not one to fight if it were unnessisary thus he had no desire to continue then again he was also not the type to turn away from battle. With this being true he was rather conflicted for his code of arms would be violated if he were to battle simply because the opportunity allowed him to, but it did not call for it. The small creature turned around and looked over his shoulder to Kai with a sigh "There is a time and a place for everything, this is nether the time nor the place" Jin placed his arms behind his back and began to walk off. He could feel that the area was beging to become crowded and he being alone may not be capable to stand his own against so many whether or not they were hostile or passive he was not to take the chance with his current handicap.

Jin stopped for a moment and looked back at kai "A coward runs from a fight or simply tries to prove himself against someone who may look significantly weaker...." He said referring to his small size " I am simply walking away"

"Careful Lindzi... it's very dangerous in the Azure Forest right now..." Yata said, not seemingly paying attention to Lindzi, but still aware of her presence as he picked Herbs.
"Nonetheless, I would love your company in this dreary forest..." Yata said, looking down at the little sprite, who was very small compared to Yata's long lanky stature, with his signature "I'm-going-to-eat-you-and-enjoy-it sharp-toothed smile.
"I'm almost done here, just a few more herbs and plants to renew my Venoms, and though we are quite a distance from the fight, I am still very weary... they have very powerful auras."
Yata pulled out a small peice of parchment, with fine illustrations of several plants.
"If you can help, it would greatly speed up the process, then we could get the hell out of here...
Yata said with a cheery chuckle. The smile didn't help much though.

Lindzi smiled and nodded, not at all phased by what others would be afraid of. She saw Yata as a giant teddy bear, just one that was capable mass destruction. The pixie looked closely at the list of herbs and committed them to memory, she had the memory of an elephant she sometimes said. But it was only when it came to pictures was she able to memorize them so well.
“Don’t worry Yata, I’ll be right back, then we can leave.”
She turned and darted off into the forest, making sure to stay clear of the fighting pair up the road as she snatched every plant that matched the images she found in her head. She worked quickly and quietly, never staying in one place for longer than a few seconds, looking more like a hummingbird with each passing moment. She quickly flew back to Yata, several large handfuls of herbs clutched in her slender fingers, combined with those she held in the pouches she carried on her at all times.
“These ones, right?”

"Fast as Usual" Yata said, setting down his basket for a moment to examine the herbs.
"Ah! excellent! a little more than I need, but then again, It'll save me more trips." Yata took hold of the herbs carefully, his hands were very large, but they were extremely gentle from years of practicing herblore. Yata placed them in his basket, which he placed over his shoulder.
"There we go, let us leave, I'd rather not be around when more people decide to disrupt there parts..."
Yata began walking in what seemed no particular direction, but was very sure of the way back into Castle Dawnstrider.
