Nero sat quietly in his room doing homework. He turned on the raido and heard that a band was about to play at "The Bloody Mary" live in 1 hour. Nero waited to hear the band play.

Nivia sighed heavily when she hear Nero turn up the radio. Yet again! She shoved herself out of her chair, and left her room. Nivia knocked once once on Nero's door, then opened it, coming in.
"Do you really have to play that so loudly, Nero? Some of us are trying to study here."
Yet again, she felt the startling affects of Nero's slim body. He always seemed to make Nivia's throat seize in a most curious manner, at the same time her pulse elevated.

Rae called the band together. "Ok, the show will start in 5 minutes. This time John, try not to break the guitar during solo, we can't afford buying you a new guitar after every gig." se said, talking to 23 year old, bearder, pierced and tattooed guy. "And you Rach had better try to stay in the right rhythm with drums, this is your first time playing with us on a gig, and I don't want people to think we made bad choice by letting you join us" she said this time to 16 year old, small punk girl. "And I think you will do just fine stranger, you sounded a lot better than our own basist even when he isn't high or drunk and is doing his best." she said to Michi and smiled.

Nero shot a glance over at Nivia. "Sorry..I'll turn it down." he said. Nero turned the radio down and spoke again, "Want to sit in here and listen with me?"

He smirked. "Thanks. I will admit, I haven't played with my band in awhile," he said, shooting glances at all of them.
She slowly drank her drink, wondering what was going on back at the school.

Nivia started to say no, meant to say no...somehow an acceptance split out of her mouth however.
"Yeah, sure, why not?"
She walked more fully into the room, and gently shut the door behind her. Nivia sat somewhat tentatively on the only other piece of furniture in the small dorm room: the twin sized, feather down mattress. She lay back on it as she had a thousand thousand times before; Nero and Nivia went a ways back. Two school years in this school, at least.
"What're you listening too?"

"Uh..Some band at "The Bloody Mary" bar downtown" Nero replied. "There about to start in five minutes." Nero pulled a lever on the side of his recliner and leaned back in it.

His grin got wider as the seconds flew by. He couldn't wait to be on stage again. Michi snuck a peek from behind the curtain, and his jaw dropped. There she was... Hikari... sitting on the bar stool nearest the stage. He gulped... he was always so nervous around her. "Don't be... she was there when Tim died... she could have saved her," he mumbled to himself, tearing his eyes away from her. Now, all he felt was rage toward her, and he couldn't stand it. He would use the rage to fuel his playing, he thought.

Nero looked over at Nivia. She was sitting quietly in the other chair. He felt like he was no being a very nice host. Nero got out of his remarkably soft recliner and offered it to her," Would you like to sit in my recliner?, or would you like something to drink?'

Nivia shook to her head, to both questions.
"No, I'm fine. Sorry if I'm not the most talkative. Just a little stressed over a project I didn't do and is due tomorrow."
She smiled weakly at Nero.
"Truth be told I should be slaving at the wheel, so to speak, right now to get out something that will get me a passing grade. Instead, I’m in here listing to Bloody Mary, did you say it was?”

Nero laughed and looked at her, "You are something else". Nero got up and went to his desk in his room. He opened the bottom drawer and pulled out a lot of pipe cleaners and markers. "Here's a start.And I will go to the store room to get you your silk.Uh..and coffee? I will check to lounge.You can stay up here." Nero said.
