That is correct, he has a general grasp of Genjutsu... more than any of us that is... He will prove to be a useful ally in our fight against Sakon... But he has yet to be tested, and I'm not sure what his test will be... Perhaps a Spar with good 'ole Jin...

One of Westly's eyebrows shot up, leaving the other behind. "Waitwaitwait... okay... okay." He flipped through his notebook to make sure he had all the names correct.
"You want to test my abilities by putting me up against Jin the Thunder Skald who should probably be Chuunin by now, to see if I can help you defeat Sakon freaking Udon, the mad scientist Jounin head of the Medical Department." Not specifically a question, but Westly's tone and facial expression had a certain "ARE YOU ******** INSANE!?!?" quality to them.
((OOC: Wait, did the profanity filter just spontaneously disable itself, or am I suffering from delusions that it was ever there to begin with?))

Jin appeared from his perch on a near by tree. "Thats our Boss for you... I look forward to our match"
Jin turned to face Forza, their eyes connecting. The reason Forza had chosen Jin as Westly's sparing partner was clear to him. Moku lacked control, and would injure either himself or Westly fatally if they fought. Kuro lacked any resistance towards genjutsu. And Shin was still undergoing Forza's training.
"Meet me at the arena, and bring your 'A' game..."

Forza's ears perked at the sound of the girl's voice. A twisted smile that lacked sanity crossed his face, "Welcome to the Delinquent Deathblow... where only the strongest reside... " With a snap of his fingers he signaled the surrounding members to surround her from a distance.

Forza turned to the young Shin
"Sakon has a tendency to only show himself when it benefits him... He will probably show his face next time a promotion is dangled in front of his face... But if we do win this war... The delinquents will not disband... We will continue to grow and improve ourselves..."

ajira stood where with an oblivious look upon she face , "ya thats nice but im looking for pham ...", her voice trailed of as if she lost here train of thought . :"umm right i need help finding medical supplies"
then ajira took on a face of a dim-wit as she realized she just was welcomed...

Forza posted several training regiments for each of the delinquents, with Sakon's return they would need to get a lot stronger, faster...

Few moments later Shin entered the delinquent deathblow headquarters, he headed straight outside for the training yard. He stood there waiting for Westly to arrive.

Westly's head popped out of a window. "Oh, there you are, I've been in here renovating the place since yesterday. Give me a hand, would you?"
Considering that Westly had been in the Cafe for the past three hours talking tactics with Shin, philosophy with Euria, and culinary techniques with Grace, Westly's claim was absurd in the extreme, but somehow, he had just enough dust in his hair to make Shin wonder for a moment.
"Or wait... no, you wanted to train, didn't you? Well, come help me afterwards, it's for the whole club, so to speak. I'd rope the others into it, but I think they're dead. Or on vacation. The point is, I can't find them. Forza's easy enough to track down, but if you see Jin, Moku, or Kuro, tell me, would ya?"
He wormed out the window, dusted himself off, and... poured himself a glass of blueberry iced tea, draining it in one go. Refilling it from a pitcher, he repeated the process several times, put it away, and then struck a defensive stance.
"Well, you ready?"

“Hmmm lets see, westly is basically a genius but what he makes up in brain doesn’t totally add up in strength, I could overwhelm him in that area, but that is what he expects me to do so I can easily fall right into his trap. “ Shin placed his hands into the ram seal and chanted some words “Earth release: Earth clone Jutsu” As those words were said three exact clones of Shin roused from the ground like a sprouting flower and stood right in front of him. He then reaches into his weapons holster and hands each clone a kuani and one for him self. The three copies stood in an arrow like formation so that each could guard Shins right side and left side while the real Shin stood behind them. Without much time to spare Shin and his small army of clones ran in the direction of Westly.

Westly did a 180 backflip onto the wall of the building proper, using his impressive chakra control to wallwalk the rest of the way up and perching on the roof of the Delinquent Deathblow. Earth Clones couldn't jump, he wasn't sure if concrete counted as "earth" or even "stone" due to its highly artificial nature, and if Shin wrecked the building, Forza would probably eat him. No, seriously, if Shin broke Forza's headquarters, Forza would be all, "You know, I've never tried cannibalism before, but hey, maybe I'll like it?"
Westly had forgotten to bring a ranged weapon to his first fight ever. He'd since bought a number of them, but he still made a point of refusing to use kunai on the grounds that they were ridiculous and impractical. Of course, technically speaking, the pair of tomahawks he pulled out were not that great of an improvement, though they certainly looked pretty awesome.

Just as Westly leaped onto the wall the three clones threw there kunai strait in the direction of him. After that was done for, the clones melted into the ground below as their purpose was done for, but the jutsu was not cancelled, for Shin would have further use of the clones.
“Let’s see, he climbed on the building so he can easily take me off my vantage point so I wouldn’t be able to properly utilize my earth techniques, I could easily use one of my focus punches but that might destroy the building, or least damage it. Come on Shin...think…think…think! I got it I could try and drive him off the building using some of my bomb tags.”He thought to himself.
Shin placed his hand into his weapons pouch and pulled out two kunai wrapped with bomb tags and threw them in the exact direction were westly stood. As they whistled through the air the tags began to glow a bright light causing a small but powerful fiery explosion. “Hope this works...” he said to himself.
