It's a combination of something we choose ourselves, in conjunction with conscious interference. Despite how the spirit tries, our conscious mind will stray from the set plan from time to time. Think of it as a registration desk before the reincarnation process. One signs papers stating information such as how they're going to be born, what type of life they'll live, the social class and how they'll die, along with other misc. things. I believe that the deities will allow us to choose our own paths along this course, and trust us enough to do so, however, do note I do not hold deities as the creative force, nor do I hold them to be all "powerful." Unless the soul is soulbound to a specific deity, I see no reason why they would interfere with the individual spirit's path along personal growth.

Astral Realms - I hold there are nine, as I believe I have previously stated. We are truly able to travel freely along only a few of these as our spirit remains tied to the limitations of the human consciousness holding it down. For example, I heard one train of thought of 7 realms. On I believe the fourth, one is able to meet with the deities we know, and that is quite literally as far as we can go, for 5-7 is incomprehensible until further enlightenment. So, to become an "adept" of a specific "rung" of the "ladder," one must experience everything in each individual realm before being able to make their way to the "creative force," at the top.

Well, i'm sure you recall I hold deities under the creative force. I think I'll start on a path thread in the "Way of the_" board later. Seems no one else really has O-o

I'll work it in. It'd be easier to tell if I could go back to the astral realms however. Unfortunately, as of late, I've been having a large sum of issues doing any type of energy work, or anything outside of "normal" living.

Could be. You never know. Sometimes I feel like my memories of life are confused and changed with other memories. I've never had a vivid past life memory, but I have done regressions and meditations.

While I have done my vision quest and found my totem animals...as well as other trances...I haven't sat down and found my past lives. I believe they are there. Do i have proof, nope. All i have is 3 instances in my life where i have done something and known nothing about it before hand. 1st experiance- When i was five i was drawing a map for my grandfather, When i was done he was surprised. he took me into his office which before this time i had never been allowed into and showed me a map of Old Rome...The map i had drawn was exactly the same. the second was when i was arquing with my grandmere and she told em i wasnt speaking english but another language(dont know weather ibelieve her) the final time was when i went to camp and i shot a bow....on the first time i earned expert... I found though even if I dont know my past lives they have found their way into my life and will be with me so i can move into the future

I have always believe in reincarnation, although so far I have not really tried to learn much about them. smile although I believe in reincarnation I also believe in Heaven, but not hell.

It's my opinion that we live multiple lives in order learn and perfect our souls as much as we possibly can. and we can live as many lives as we want, or as many as we think we need.

I believe in reincarnation,even before I discovered my Pagan parth. Its something that I've always felt connected to and true.
Due to my large connection to Japan I feel that I was Japanese in a past life, I aslo believe that I mustn't have been that bad a person in my pervouse life as even though I've unergone some horrible times I'm acctually really blessed in all I have.
Anyway just my take.
