I would like to challenge someone of jounin, or higher, rank to an, unofficial, "teat your mettle" match. Basically, I want to see how Tougura would stand up against another war, plausible with a new clan coming into power, since he was, pretty much, worthless in the last one.

Fighting area: Small grassy clearing in the middle of a group of trees. The area amounts to about 50x50, resulting in close to medium ranged fighting.
Rules: Anything goes, however a humble forfit is acceptable as not to result in any death.

Arena: Abandoned Tavern
Description: The tavern used to be rustling with ninja, people packed into every knook and cranny; it is now past its prime, nobody stepping foot into the tavern since long ago. There still stand tables, chairs, bottles of liquor, all covered in dust and spider webs. There is only two rooms; the bar itself, and the backroom filled with even more unopen bottles, pipes covering the walls.
Rules:
- No killing
- Only five different jutsu may be used [Shadow Clones count]
- No paper bombs [It would blow the place to bits]
