is the guides on this site legit? cos ive had no success so far in drawing energy.... also any advice to what i am doing wrong.

so far i can make my hands feel cold or warm (did that once not able to recently) but it might be a breeze....

Hell yes thisi s legit, but try useing your iner strenghth to draw the energy out of your hands but not a far distance this will take alot of practice just like if your training for a sports events.

hey again. does any one know how to focus energy? thing is i can sense energies around me and then draw on them, to a point where i can feel them flowing around me and into me, and i can release them but cant seem to focus them at all. Any advice?

I make a spiral like sensation in my hands.
but... Im only good at Song enchantment and Vampiracy with that...

3nodding thanks. i found that its best to find what works for one's self and practice at it smile and i have found that i enjoy the the sensation of the energy just flowing more then controlling it. so for the moment i have abandoned trying to bend it to my will, content with drawing from it and 'playing' with it ^.=.^

I actually had the same problem as you blue dragon, I did something that I call reinforcing my energy. I visualize my hand(usually) dipping into sometype of element. I normally do lunar and earth mix.
