Someone can't be moe.

You can be Patch-moe and think Patch is moe but there is no scientifically proven moe character besides CHEN.


The large amount of adult-Patchy probably makes her less moe...

But what if we crossed Patchy with Nunnally? I'm sure that could win out over Chen. Though Nunnally isn't Touhou, which means that the timelines and universes could collapse.

Screw that. Code Geass sucks. Nunnally is hardly moe. We need to cross her over with another Silent-Girl type as that's what Patchy really is I guess.
