Well I'm curious about banner maker if my skills are up for it, but I guess you would want to see some of my work etc.. and the sallary is based on what? how many banners you make I assume?
PS: I don't do animated banners but I do make others, mainly photo edited (like the one I'm using in my sig) but also interly computerised ones.

yess, banner makers are payed by product. fo far, the going pay is 300 per banner unless you enter the contest. we don't pay contest entrees.

MichaForrest RP hopper would tell the secretary about the skills, but the secretary would have to keep track of exactly how active the members are himself. RPT maker is a useful task... currently i'm not even halfway down the list of RPs i wanted to make in this guild. btw, traders are paid on a weekly basis and on contingency? no that's not the word... it begins with a C... and means how many trades you make. If you need help keeping track of who is active, I may be of assistance.

sounds great. you moniter them and yell at people that havn't posted in five days or more. except for saro kianah. she's off the hook because she lacks the available time right now to post here. make sure to tell them you're my offical... whatever. make up a titile. you get to yell at them.
