Might it possibly be from Tsukiotoshi-hen? What the heck is going on around here? Yes, I definetly remember that from Tsukiotoshi-hen. I am not sure if that is before or after Teppei is killed, but I think before. Is it a bad end? It looks like they're about to murder him, or he's about to murder them. One or the other. Yes, it's a bad end chapter. They are getting ready to kill him.

yamato_rena No, I'm aware it's a bad end chapter, but even as far as the particular chapter goes, is this an even worse end? Well, it IS nicknamed the "Devil's Scenario". Anyway, there is a chapter description in Arcs Discussion, but here I go. Apperently, pretty much every member of the club dies. I did not notice when Rika was killed. Here are the deaths in order:Teppei was killed by Keiichi, Rena, and Shion.
Satoko and Shion were killed by an unknown person, probably the Yamainu.
Another Shion is killed by Keiichi and Rena.
Keiichi is stabbed and left to die in the Hojo house as it burns down by Rena.
Kuma-chan, Oishi's assistant, was killed, or at least shot by, the Yamainu.
Rena is killed by the Yamainu.
