You clearly understand the meaning of crew! I should make a crew room...That'd be for the "counsel" which would probably just talk about the people here in the guild and the incoming requests. So, should I?

You've already lived up to the title of crew..you are extremely active and follow all of the rules.
Technically I'm the owner, but that does not mean I am "in charge." I could easily make one of you vice captain, which gives you all the powers I have, except the ownership of the guild of course.

I was reading in the Captain's guild that some vice captains completely take over the guild, since they can ban the captain. I found that rather odd since one should be able to have complete trust in their vice captain.
