.Journal. Prompt Response (of sorts) When I first heard about the Shinkami School of Saviors ... it was like I had been drowning and someone threw me a lifeline. It was Aaron who called me, telling me I just had to come over to his house and see something he'd found online. I wasn't very good at anything having to do with computers, since we never had one in the house, but the internet fascinated me. I said ok, and I snuck out. Maybe I shouldn't have, but I didn't want her to see me, ask me where I was going ... accuse me of going to meet with the "devil-worshipers" again. I tried to tell her I didn't hang out with them anymore ... but she didn't believe me. She never did, not after Daniel ...
But I'm getting off-track. When I got to Aaron's house ... what he showed me made me believe there was something good in the world again. I'd started to lose my own beliefs, lose myself, and seeing that not only were there other people who believed in magic ... but there was a school that taught about it. And there were elves teaching there. At first, I have to admit, I thought it was some sort of cruel joke. But I figured out soon enough that it was real. And I was determined, somehow, to get there.

.Journal. A Mall?! Mm ... so I got to the school today. It seems like an interesting enough place. I met a couple of the others at the opening speech or whatever. Jaden and Elijah ... they seem really cool. Especially Jaden, he actually knows how to speak Elven. That one guy ... uhm. Dante? He didn't seem too impressed but another one of the teachers said that he did well.
After all of that was over with, we ended up leaving together ... and then we found out this place has an honest-to-God mall on campus. How cool is that? I mean it makes sense to have a place where we can shop on the island and all ... but still! Mall = awesome.
Now I just have to figure out where people around here get money. Maybe there's some odd jobs and things I could do ... I'll look into it.RP Log

.Journal. So. Uhm. About these classes we're supposed to be taking. I really should get on that ... I haven't been to any of them yet. It feels weird going to a class where there's no teacher, though. I dunno ... I guess I'll go look around soon.
Maybe I can get someone to go with me. That might be less weird ... hm. I'll hunt down Jaden, I think. Or Elijah...

.Journal. Heh, new friend! And plans... I met another one of the students just recently. His name's Micajah... seems pretty interesting. We made some plans to maybe try and find an elf to ask some questions or something.
Oh, I don't mean like, kidnap one or anything like that. That'd get us in major trouble, I think... but if we could just find one that's not busy... one of the teachers or something? That would be cool. Maybe get Jaden to come along too. He'd probably like that.RP Log

.Journal. Whoa, what? I just heard that the Science building burned down! (Or burned up. Whatever. It's still standing so what's that called?) I mean. Er. Not that it wasn't obvious with how the place looks now but... Damn.
Apparently no one got hurt or burned seriously (which is like, a miracle) but are things like that gonna happen around here a lot? I heard that all the people who went to China a while back got into some pretty dangerous stuff too. Man... Metaplot subforum

.Journal. New Faces So we got some new teachers in here finally! I'm excited... I got to meet one of 'em at that Open House thing and he seemed pretty cool.
Man... I really need to get my butt in gear and do some more class work. Ugh. I wonder ... if Jaden maybe would study with me. I should ask him. Open House RP

.Journal. So Jaden Has a Boyfriend See, there's been all these rumors flying around lately about Jaden and Nathaniel, of all people. Turns out they're y'know. Together now. Which is kinda weird, but ok...
Anyway. Jaden's like one of my best friends, so no way can I let him get hurt. So I went and hunted down Nathaniel and talked to him for a bit.
Let him know I'd kick his a** if he ever hurt Jaden. Funny thing is, he said almost the same thing back to me. Ha! I guess we're just have to find someplace and fight each other if Jaden ever gets hurt 'cause of one of us.
Though I doubt Nathaniel could do much of anything to me. Hopefully we won't have to find out.The Friend Talk
