She smiled and shook her head "I'm fine at the moment, I like to watch for a while, I've been killin stupids all day" She pointed at the blood on her pants. "Quite dirty.. I'll go next" She smiled but it quickly faded as she looked behind them. Something was wrong. "Do you feel it?" She had a small shiver down her spine. That was never a good sign. Something bad was going to happen.

But i must insist ladies shall go before men, unless it is all to old fashioned for you." Ryou said with a smile. " oh so it wasn't just me." Ryou spoke. "It shouldn't be much trouble." Ryou looked around grabbing towards his gloves, a small razor sharp wire shone in the silver moonlight. "I'll bee ready, nothing can live with out a head." He said and tightened the little wire.

She shrugged her shoulders "Yea it is a little old fashion for me but I've been trying to get with the times." She smiled still feeling even more uneasy. "Yea no head... " She looked around "Do you think its from our kind?" She tilted her head. She hasn't felt like this in a long time. And she had forgotten what it was that made her feel this way last time.

" well I can't be sure but it seems like It." Ryou said giving a smile. " why do you know what it really is? cause that would really help" He spoke softly. He continued to look if any sign of another creature around them. it seemed very silent at the moment though.

He tilted her head "Well it could be some type of summoned Demon, the feeling's the same." She looked around. "But if it is, it's more than likely gunna be big and more blood thirsty than us vampires" She smiled "But the one who summoned it had to be very strong also... But hey it's just my theory about what it is" She shrugged and continued smiling

"Well the saints wouldn't touch anything near demons and the priest would never have the guts to kill anything. " Ryou paused. " And the rats for what they are are just scum. " He smiled " So that means the Elites think we are a threat to their power all ready." Ryou smirked. "and the Elites are made up of the strongest people in this city. Seems to fit right?"

She groaned. "Like the last piece of a puzzle." She looked up at him "Do you know how to kill demons? Or should we hide?" She smiled politely. She would only fight if she had to, thats how she was. But demons... they took a while.

Ryou nodded. "Well you rather run or fight?" Ryou asked " I mean i believe we to have a chance but it would take a while." He smiled lightly. "It may be a bit more fun to have something worth the fight, may become a challenge for once."

She laughed and nodded. "Then fight the demon it is then, Anything is better than fighting the nooby vamps" She popped her knuckles and grinned. It wasn't but a few minutes before everything got cold. Very cold. As if the frost was going to swallow everything. A large Centaur like creature appeared. As large as half a tall building. Having three heads and a snake tale. The heads looked like a bull, that occupied the main body while walking on two legs. The other two had cat like features, lion? leopard? She couldn't tell specifically, and lastly a dragon type head. She looked at Ryou and sighed "This is going to be fun."

"true a challenge does sound fun." The cold didn't seem to bother Ryou because he was as dead cold as one could be. " what horrible pit from hell did this crawl out of?" He asked actually thinking the centaur thing was more like some sick kind of prank being played in them. "Well one less ugly monster in the world wont hurt any one." He said with a wild grin. "A different dinner after so long sounds very fun." He spoke.

Laughter escaped her. "Yep, tasty demon blood" She reached into her boot and pulled out a small dagger that had runes carved into it. "This is all I got." She grinned "Nothing like close combat." The dagger looked as if it was changing colors between a dark blood red to a dark purple. She grinned widely. "Well race ya" She laughed acting very much like a kid. She ran towards the centaur now with a huge smile.

" fine." he spoke and and ran towards the demon. "Such nice people of, the elites. Giving us a new friend for us to play with." He tightened his wire holding it in front of him if any moves the creature made to him would be a self inflicted wound.

As she came within striking distance of the centaur she finally got to take in exactly how big it was. She nearly gagged a bit. This creature stunk badly. "Oh My gawd! You stink!" A hand was held over her face as she dogged a few swings. He was huge so the contact that the centaur made caused mini earth quakes. Or aftershocks as people called them. It was hard to keep her balance and dodge some attacks it tried to nail. For a large sucker it was faster than normal.

Ryou pulled out his sword he had kept under his clock this seemed more of a menace that he though with the three head keeping an eye on both of them. He jumped up on to a near by structure. to get a better level to strike the creature. Yes it was revolting to smell but it didn't phase Ryou much he lunged at the centaur being able to stab it with a lot of force but the creature only let out an angered cry and swatted him away With his snake like tail. Ryou fell to the ground but it hasn't stalled him much. Yeah he may have broken and arm but it healed rapidly.

October cut at the heels of the beast and dogged often. "Ryou, You alright?!" She just glanced and went back to what she was doing. She knew he'd heal, But heck. It didn't hurt to ask. She heard the loud bellow of the centaur as she sliced at its legs. This was going to take a while.
