well we had another court date on the 8 of april and surprise surprise my brother and the babies momma didnt show for court they both lost thier rights that day!!!!!!!no ? ask!!!!!they told my mom that if they didnt hear from my brother,by 5 pm with a good reason for him missing court that day that they would remove the kids from my moms home!my brother finnally showed up around 4:45 pm we told him what they said and he waited till 5:57 to call these people and tell them that he was at court with the babies momma so she wont go to jail for theft!!HOW STUPID CAN ONE PERSON BE????????GGGGGGRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!i could strangle him!!!!he makes me sick!!!!!any way thats all for now and i really miss you guys!!!!

YES SHE HAS TEMP CUSTODY FOR NOW SNCE HE FINALLY CALLED THE LAWYER THAT DAY!BUT THEY ARE WORKING ON CHECKING OUT ALL MY SISTERS STUFF TO SEE CAN SHE ADOPT,THEY WANT TO BE DONE WITH OUR CASE BY JULY!SO HOPEFULLY I ONLY HAVE 2 MONTHS OF HELL LEFT!IF MY SISTER QUALIFY TO ADOPT THE KIDS THEN,AFTER SHE ADOPTS FROM CPS I WILL GET THE 2 MONTH OLD AND ADOPT HIM!

glad that the kids are still with you all, and I hope it all gets straightened out soon. If you are going through all this stress, then I'd hate to think of the effect its having on those kids, poor loves sad

well my brother went to jail at about 6 pm my time last night for assult,he was on those pills again and decided to beat up the babies moms brother cause he said that my brother had hit his sister!he didnt but still they all three went to jail my bro and her bro went for assult and the cop told her she was going to jail cause she is ignorent,they were all on pills called bars.i dont understand what they are thinking do they just not care or are they just to dumb to care!they have these two precious lil ones and dont care for them at all,i dont understand it confused i could never do anything to hurt my kids!!!!!!they just do what ever they please its like they have no heart!!!!the kids are doing great they went for a mental evalution, and the 2 month old is right where hes soppose to be but they are going to evalute him agian when hes 6 months,the 18 month is doing wonderful she amazed the lady cause she can do ring around the rosies lol she is so cute!they said she is way advanced for her age,and they were amazed that the kids are doing so well they told us that you can tell the kids are being well taken care of and have a family that loves them,so that looks great for us!thats the latest on my situation!

well the doctors evaluated baby jordan again and they are saying that they are going to moniter him till he tuns 3 cause they are worried about his mental stat cause of the drugs his mother had done when she was pregnant

They are very beautifull little ones and that realy blows about the mom taking drugs.
Sounds like a little more stress till it's over. stressed
Familys tend to create more drama than you need.
The best way I found with mine (cause I love them, but they drive me insane) is to defuse the situation in a manner of pretinding it's not as bad as it seems mode, and they usualy are difuesd.
Cause they can't come up with anything I can't counter in a non-important speach blaugh .
Other wise I'd have to make them stop calling me so I don't lose all my hair, then I'd really miss them.
