Abilities: Kotaru can create and control all types of fire, though sometimes the conditions she’s in effects the strength and type. She often works with weapons as well, using tonfa and a staff, though sometimes resorting to a katana. She favors her staff above all other weapons. Her senses from birth have been stronger than normal, sensing the presence of other beings, as well as picking up residual memories from objects, and feeling others’ strong emotions. (so in a way she is an empath).
Background: Kotaru grew up around very few people, being raised away from society to control her powers. She is very antisocial, hates working with others so that she can do things her own way, but does care about others. If she needs to she can work with other people, though she still prefers to work alone. She travels with a flame wolf spirit. Its abilities are unknown even to Kotaru except for a few. For instance it can teleport itself along with other individuals, can manipulate (but not create) fire, and has immense speed and strength (though limited).
