Yeh, they intended there to be more than one seeker, but knew there would only be one who would use the sword as it was intended. Not to mention no one knows how to make the sword anymore. D: As far as I know. o.o The only one capable of making another sword is Richard, and I don't think he knows how to do it. He used to, when he had all the knowledge of all the wizards when he was in the Temple of the Winds, but he gave it up to save the world from the Plague and meet Kahlan again. :3 I remember that. So now he doesn't have that knowledge and can't make another sword.

How about this what id Richard didnt fall instantly in love with Kahlan? Do you think he still would have accepted the sword of truth?
I guess if Kahlan threatened to use her power against zedd maybe.
Also who do you think would be the next best choice for Richards love?

Well while i really enjoyed the books there are a few things that I noticed that bugged me that really should have (or should not have) happened.
Richard actually being able to control his gift would have been a fine addition to the books and no his accidental uses don't count razz .
Return of Gratch.

What I would like different is if Ann didn't die. But as a whole I loved the books.

Taste The Saline Rolling Down Your Cheekbone, Feel Your Heart It Breaks Within Your Chest Now... I always felt a little bit cheated on behalf of Kahlan and Nicci, that the promised destruction ("No Quarter!" in Kahlan's words) never did come.
I think Terry did a fantastic job with the ending though. Well the person Kahlan promised no Quarter towards no longer exists. Nicci changed so much by the end. This is probably rather off-topic but personally i don't think that Nicci can be held accountable for her actions before meeting Richard she was so brain-washed.

I sometimes wonder what would happen if more of Richard's brothers and sisters had survived the Rahl slaughter.......What then??? i mean would there be more siblings like Oba or Jennsen

I doubt it because people with the gift can see them as holes so Im sure they would be targets. I'm kind of glad they got a place made for them, I wouldn't want the magic to be bred out of Richards world.

yes wizards and all can see them...but there were few to non in the New world and all of them were at the front lines. So.....yea
