((uh, yeah. theres forests in BC, Manitoba, i'm not sure about Alberta or Saskatchewan cuz they're pretty flat and lifeless, ummm mainly there's forests everywhere but those places. they're just spread out some so you get a bit of flat here, some mountains there (BC + Quebec mainly), some more flat plains, some snow up in nunavut and the upper northwest territories.))

AAAAnyways...

Merridy pressed her cheek against the window of the bus, sitting next to Kate (sound familier, Kate?). She had already put her skiis and skipoles in the outer bus compartment and shoved her backpack by her feet. She sighed, feeling quite tired. (considering it is 6:00 am who wouldn't be? and kate don't answer this).
"Hey Kate can I borrow your DS?" Merridy asked in a rather lackluster voice.

((no problem. this so called "middle of nowhere" is most likely gonna have to be near BC cuz thats where the highest mountains are and more wilderness to get lost in. i've been on the top of one of those mountains and it was amazing!! it was so quiet, with the faint trickle of a stream nearby, and there was just blurred green all around we were so high. *sigh*. Manitoba is so flat.))

Merridy took the DS from Kate and began playing Animal Crossing. She pulled out her Ipod so she could listen to some heavy german metal while she played. (Rammstein rules!!)

"oh hey look its snowing!" Alex took out his ds also and played castlevania. "i dont know, but its usually the bus rides that are the best part of the trip." he reached into his backpack and pulled out a grocery store bag. "anyone want any energy drinks?"

"hmmm, I dunno, they are probably making final preparations then we will be hitting the road soon so it shouldn't make long now" he said to Kate, now pulling out his own DS and playing advanced wars while still listening to his music.
"hey alex, do you have any Amp among those energy drinks?" asked Roger

"thanks" Roger said grabbing the drink, he then tapped the top of the can with his finger and then opened it slowly so the gas would fizz out

(( I learned that trick awhile ago, if you do that then the can won't explode despite the pressure. Unfortunately there was this one time.....well.....i'll alex explain. Tell them what happened during the Springfield trip alex))

And so she kept on listening to her music and playing kate's DS.

((I personally think Reise, Reise and Ohne Dich are better but Du Hast still is pretty good. It's the first one I heard cuz every year at least once in our German class someone will just happen to have a copy of it.))

((ok well during the field trip we went to the cemetery where Abraham Lincoln was buried, and we got all hyped up about maybe some our cameras could have taken a shot of Abraham Lincoln's ghost or something, so when we board the bus at the end of the trip we talk about the ghost again and since we sat in way back near the bathroom ((don't worry we had a master plan to kill the odor which alex can explain))we saw the bathroom door open by itself eek we closed it but it opened again and again. then we started joking and asking "Abraham Lincoln's ghost" several yes or no questions, I knock on the bathroom door if it was true and two if it was false, so we ask him the final question and there was a knock on the bathroom door!! eek we were like OMG!OMG! eek then we found out it was a friend of ours across from where we were sitting XD it was the most fun I had on a field trip mrgreen ))

"hey the bus is starting to move" Roger said watching the school fade away. The trip had finally begun
"wait a sec, where's Tim? maybe he is sitting with another group?" Roger asked
