Niji looked around in triumph. A broad smile spread on his face. Oh how he loved beating his sister. "Haha!" He said rubbing it in her face that he won. When the female came over, he looked her over once. When their father said the name, he looked from him to his sister. "You just saw her a second ago." He blinked, a little confused. Was that female's name Noelany also?! He didn't think anyone would share his or his sister's name, they were so original.

Sighing at his brother and sister little race results and their reactions Aazon noticed the female as well. He listened to the conversation that group was having. "You guys will always fight wont you.." he replied, a bit delayed, to the bragging that was done earlier.
"I could say the same." Noelani replied as she came to a stop. She was watching how the kits seemed to be arguing over something. Noticing one spoke out in question she decided to answer the little girl. "Well isnt someone being a bit demanding~" she said in a loving but eyebrow raising tone. "THIS, how you loudly questioned it, is you mother. My name. Is Noelani, Little one." Bending her head down to lightly tap the tip if Noelany's head with the tip of her nose.
"Moooother?" Aazon said with a drawn out o as he listened and comprehended what the female was saying. He could see how it could be true. She does look similar to Noelany, just a bit different in certain colors but still similar. He didnt quite know what to think of the news. Was it true? It must be if their dad knew her. But even so that doesnt necessarily mean she's there mom.

 Kashoku nodded as Noelani spoke. He could tell by his children's reaction that it was hard to believe that this was their mother. Considering it was the first time they had seen her, I suppose their reaction was a bit expected. He'd better help out, so his children didn't feel as if this were some lie. "Yes children, this is your mother. Noelani." She said, giving them a smile. Better to meet there mother now, then never. Right? "And please, treat her with respect. She is YOUR mother." He suddenly added, knowing how some of his children were. Noelany shook her head to the tap to her head. She was still a bit angry at her brother for winning. She was also not to sure what to think about this whole mother thing, she completely ignored Aazons last comment. She looked like at her mother oddly. She had always thought she probably got how she looked like from her, but it didn't seem like it. Noelany looked nothing like her mother, from what she could see. This had to be some kind of mistake. "But she looks NOTHING like ME." She said, giving her mother somewhat of an unwelcoming glare. She didn't mean to seem rude, but she we still a bit mixed up with the whole mother thing. I suppose she just seemed to have her mind of not having a mother around. But I suppose her thoughts would have to change.

Niji glared at his sister. "Of course you look like her!" He sighed and inspected their mother for a second. "Now of all the kits I think I look the least like her." The white and multicolored spotted kit said looking at himself then her again to try and compare. His head tilted a little. How on earth did he get the spots?! Where did the spots come from? His head shot up to his father. "Now why on earth would we not respect OUR mother." Niji put an emphasis on our just as Kashoku did on your.

Noelani thought the spirit of the little lovebird kit was adorable and amusing, as she keep smiling whenever she spoke. He attention drew towards Kashoku when he spoke, "Oh, no no. I dont want them to be forced to treat me with respect. I mean I can understand how they feel with their mother just appearing.," she nodded. It was true. She didnt want them to force respect her. She'd rather have them warm up to her and feel comfortable when they're ready.
Noelani watches the little spotted kit as he was compairing himself to her. "That may be true, but you're the one that looks the most like you dad." she tilted her head with a smile. She did find it a bit odd how one kit seemed to get the lovebird trait and one the most from Kashoku. She walked over to Kashoku and pressed down on one of his bulbs against his body, the glow around and behind her paw looked like a spot of that color. "See? Spots~"
Little Aazon grew nervous of all the debating; he rushed over to his dad and sat next to on of his legs. Knowing that their dad said it was true made Aazon feel a bit at ease. But the others probably thought different. From behind his father Aazon grew annoyed from his sisters complaining. He couldnt really do anything about it. She was always like that...
"I agree! You do look alot like her" Aazon said in agreement to Niji's response. He sighed and shook his head as Niji continued. He figured he wouldnt speak up since there was already two kits doing so. He just stood there soaking in all the information.

Kashoku looked over at Noelani. He gave her a nod at her request. Though, he'd think them giving her respect from the beginning would be best. She is their mother, therefore deserve respect, no matter if she had just appeared. Well, he thought anyway. I suppose others thought differently when it came to this situation. But he wasn't just gonna disrespect Noelani's wishes and say other wise. He had much respect for Noelani, and he wanted it to show, I suppose. "As you wish." He added to his nod.
He then looked down at Niji, after giving a response to him. He gave the spotted kit a little smile. "Oh, I know how you some of you can be." He said. He knew that Niji and Noelany could be quite outspoken. He had no problem with that, but he'd rather have his children have respect for their parents. But since Noelani thought respect from the kits should be earned, they should listen. "But, I suppose you should listen your mothers request, too." He added, hoping their children wouldn't be to bad.Noelany gave glares to both her brothers. Pssh! She looked nothing like her mother! And she wanted to know what exactly did her brothers see in comparison! Her little bad mood from loosing still hadn't gone away, and you could tell. "And how do we look a like, exactly?" She asked, with a bit of an attitude. Almost as if Noelani wasn't even there. She sure wasn't going to give her mother respect right way. She never did listen much to her father anyway.
She grumbled some under her breath, waiting for an answer. She streched her wings out some, while waiting. Those were sure something she got from neither of her parents. Neither her father or mother had wings, but it was simple the reason she did get them. But she never did worry about where she got her wings from.

Niji watched as the female walked up to his father and made a spot with one of the lights on his string. "But they aren't his actual markings." He added with a small tilt of his head. His spotted ears flicked forward then back. When his sister spoke, he felt the fur on him begin to ridge. Why was she so annoying?
He shot a glare to his sister before answering her question. "Well, you both are rainbowishy and you both are green." Niji said looking up to their father. He couldn't help but wonder how his sister came up with wings and how his brother came up with a horn, but he had nothing. His little spotted shoulders shrugged and he looked at his fathers lights. Maybe Niji would take some of those to give him a special look.

Noelani gave a smile back from Kashoku's acceptance. She really did feel that her kids shouldnt be forced to act nice. She fully understood the situation they were in.
"Hmm?" her ears perked up as Niji spoke. "That doesnt mean he didnt have spots when he was younger~" she replied with the same tilt he showed her. "Sometimes markings fade. Sometimes new things appear." she nodded, quickly looking at Kashoku then back at Niji.
She sat and listened in amusement as the kits argued of Noelany's looks. Normally making herself part of the conversation she decided to let it play out. She was interesting in what they group would conclude. Watching her daughter streak out her wings made Noelani wish she had them. Why wasnt I blessed with wings.. she sadly thought to herself.
Aazon simply and quietly watched everyone and what they were doing. Not really wanting to get involved in the quarrel or make it worse. He had a responce he was going to say to answer Noelany's question but figured it'd be best if he remained silent. Also he knew Niji would end up saying something, and he'd prefer him to get yelled at.

Noelany rolled her eyes at Niji. None of her brothers knew why she was most like her mother. She was sure her parents knew, but she wasn't going to ask. But maybe her father would get annoyed enough to just say it. "Ugh, no one knows." Noelany murmured out of her mouth, trying to get her father to tell her why she was like her mother. Kashoku gave a sigh. He sadly did get easily annoyed with his children sometimes. But some might say that was because they were really his first interaction with kits. Also, his personality seemed to clash with theirs a bit, except for Aazon. He was more of the quite one, almost like himself. Kashoku liked the quiet and calm situations. He'd rather be more involved in those situations, and those types of situations weren't what his children got into.
He shook his head at Noelany. It was so simple why they were the most alike. But them being children, of course they didn't know. He uttered out another sigh, before he gave in to answer why she was most like her mother. "It's quite simple children. You, Noelany, look most like your mother because both of you resemble love birds." He said, giving them a nod. Now they all knew, and there had to be no more arguing about it. Noelany gave a smirk. Love birds eh, how ironic, she thought. It was quite true, she wasn't much of the loving type, I'm sure everyone noticed. "So that's what it is, huh?" She said, still smirking at her fathers answer. It intrigued her, his answer, but she was most pleased that she actually got an answer. I suppose it was pretty easy to manipulate some more then others. She liked that.

Niji listened to what they were supposed to call their mother. He could sort of see how she was his sibling's mother, but not his. His little, colorfully spotted ears flicked towards her as she spoke. "I guess." His orange eyes, which he got from his father, looked his spots over. "They might leave one day."
The spotted kit walked over to his father and sat down quietly. Now he would listen to the conversation that was going on instead of fighting with his sister. Their father, Niji could tell, was getting annoyed by their bickering. Their father wasn't the best of fathers, but he was good enough to Niji.

Never really being around children she didnt quite know what to do. She didnt mind kids it's just that she never was with them long enough to get used to them. Noelani's attention went back to Niji as she heard him speak. "They very well might leave." she winked. "Time will only tell."
Aazon looked up at his father when he spoke, reveling his answer. Aah. Well that makes sense... he thought as he turned to Noelany. He grew annoyed with Noelany's attitude that she's been showing all of today. It wasnt that hard to see the resemblance between them, he was just wondering why she had to be so difficult about it.
Ear twitching as Noelany responded after getting an answer, Noelani tilted her head. "The answer was quite simple. You were looking for something more interesting werent you? Though I could very well say my personality years ago could be a bit compared to yours now." she replied slyly.

Kashoku now had both of his sons lying next to him. I suppose he wasn't the only one having trouble with his daughters attitude. Not that there was anything wrong with his daughter, but she was quite the handful sometimes. And he was sure everyone knew that, especially those who hung around her all the time. But I suppose after a while, one would get used to all of her bickering.
But Kashoku had to give a smirk at Noelani's words. He knew his daughter would have something to say about that. Her seeming as if she didn't want to be anything like her mother. But I suppose seeing as she was basically everything like her mother, she'd grow and be more calm and collected, rather then so difficult her whole life. It'd be nice to see her in better behavior. Noelany gave an odd look as her mother spoke her words. Making more comments about her being a lot like her mother didn't make her very happy. Just meeting her mother, she didn't want to be told she was just like her. Normally she might've just snapped at her mother, or something of that sense, but not now. She wanted to be sly about the whole thing.
Her odd look change into a little smirk of the mouth. Trying to come up with something rude or devious to say. She didn't care who's feelings she hurt, not even her parents. It was just part of who she was, and not one of the better parts. "And is that why I was born?" She said, trying to imply something bad about her mother. But she would also be implying something bad about herself as well. She sadly didn't know when she was being rude to someone else and dising herself in to process. It basically only made her look stupid. Oh well. . .

Niji yawned quietly at the things surrounding him. Of course, everything was revolved around his sister. As his eyes followed those that were speaking, he gave his sister a strange look when she spoke. After a moment of staring at her, his eyes shifted towards the sky above them.
This family had its dull moments and right now, Niji was stuck in one of them. The white and spotted kit had nothing to say at the moment. His sister was wrong and this new ulaya they were supposed to call their mother was right. To entertain himself, Niji began to smack at one of his father's multiple lights.

Noelani found the entire thing rather humorous and had fun playing with the kits. She found it funny how the little female was more outgoing and bold then her two brothers. "Hmm?" Noelani's ears perked as a question was asked. "You try to ask questions that relate to current topic but you need a bit more information about me then what was said to even try a remark like that." she replied with her head an nose up and turned.
She then plopped herself down in front of the kit. "You think you're trying to start some bad thoughts in others or trying to be smart with me but your remark right there also reflects your father AND yourself." she pawed at Noelany's head. "I respect your attempt still but next time pup a bit more thought in before you ramble off." Noelani intentions were good but she has been with and seen too many ulaya trying to insult one other and fail.
Aazon decided to stretch for his joints were tightening since he hasnt been moving much. The entire topic, to him, was getting annoying and old. He knew no one would get through to Noelany so they should just stop trying. He noticed that even Niji started to mentally wander off. Finding Niji more interesting at the moment he watched as Niji played with their fathers lights.

 Kashoku just looked at the two female in front of him. He knew his daughter would go nowhere with all her rambling that really meant nothing. Even though she acted all "tough" and outgoing, rambling without thinking only made her look dumb. Which she'd later realize, hopefully. He only hoped that his daughter would have a better attitude as she got older.
He then looked down at both his sons. Who were obviously annoyed at their sister. It wasn't very entertaining to him either, as he wasn't much for conflict to any nature. Plus, he knew she wouldn't get much reaction from her mother. So, as Aazon did. He began to watch Niji as he pawed at one of his lights. Hoping the conversation between the females would die down soon. Noelany rolled her eyes at her mother. She could really care less of what others said to her. But in reality she would only give attitude when she felt as if she were losing. Obviously her mother had her beat. In her mind set she hadn't lost to anyone and didn't care what others said. But when it came down to her attitude, she made it seem as if she was getting frustrated when it looked as if she was being defeated. Just like now.
Rolling her eyes and giving her mother a glare, she lie down, not looking at her mother. She just didn't want to talk to her anymore, but she made it seem as if she were giving up. She had nothing else to say, nor did she want to be bothered by her mothers conversation. Lying her head on her paws, she kept the glare on her face and looked off into nothing.
