but that didn't stop them for long
Zero comes in at last minute and kills all of the baby squids with help from Tarja
they use their safety scissors of doom to wipe the squids off the fface of the planet
and then they become extinct

Hmm...
I can see a lot of swashbuckling shinobi action, countless ninjutsu preformed while walking on water, jumping to and fro from ship to enemy ship, and strangerly enough, a ninja captain with an eye patch, a hook for a hand, and a pair of peg legs.
