I'm...not certain of that one. He says he is a male, but he acts like a female. Does the phrase "does not compute" mean anything to this species? But.. he makes good company, acting like a kit most of the time is pleasant.

Signal: -Spies the feminine male again- Not chasing anymore rainbows?
Shai- *Blinks at Dorian for a moment, then over at Signal* :0!! Signal! *Bounds over* Nooo, it's sparkles now!
Signal: -Sits down and stares at him- Sparkles? What is a sparkle, is it like actual sparks?
Shai- :0 Sparkles... are... things that twinkle and make you feel happy inside! Like these! *Points to his horn*
Signal: -Stares at his horn for a few seconds- How does a.. sparkle make you feel good inside?
Shai- Because... it's.... bright and spontaneous! It just makes you want to be sparkily too! *Wiggles a bit* >u<
Signal: Sparkily? I don't know about that.. What makes it spontaneous, because the sparkles don't always fall off of your horn?
Shai- .... *HUFF* I guess so... You think too much! *Sits and glances away, ears twitching*
Signal: Aren't I supposed to think? I can't understand something if I don't think about it, or is the sparkle thing not supposed to be understood? -feels a computer chip overheating-
Shai- Sometimes you just have to accept things for as they are. D: Not everything has a meaning! It's just fun!
Signal: If it has no meaning, it becomes fun?
Shai- Not... always... but sometimes it's... freeing! To just do things without thinking about it!
Signal: Doing things without thinking about them? Oh, like running into a fight without stopping to think the guy might be stronger than you are? That is freeing, and.. fun too.
Shai- *Blinks at him slowly* I.... guess so.... ^___^;;;;;;;;
Signal: Then I think I get it. Spontaneous for you, is like my not thinking before a fight. So your sparkles are like.. my winning and not tripping over my hair. -nods as if that explains everything-

Shai- Umm... Well! I'm happy almost all the time! So i guess all the time... but... if I'm sad, it doesn't!

Signal: -Stares at him- What.. me. kits?? No, no I don't have any. There's one that has been around me before, he glowed a bit, but he wasn't mine.[/color=blue]

Signal: -Watches him and gives a nod- Nothing wrong with only having guys for friends, unless they're really an enemy in disguise.

Signal: -Tilts his head to the other side- What makes it fun, because it's long?
Shai- *Huffs slightly* It just is! Things don't -always- have to have a reason...
Signal: Oh, it's one of those things to not think about? Alright then.
Shai- yeah! n__n Hmm... we really need to get you to loosen up. :0 Do you like to dance?
Signal: ...wha? Dance.. me? Uh.. I never tried it? o_o

Signal: -Just sits there and watches him- I'm not...so sure about doing that..

Signal: Well.. I. I don't have any rhythm, I can flip and all that kind of stuff, but dance?
Shai- ouo Doing flips and stuff isn't that much different from dancing....
Signal: Oh, it isn't? Hm.. -Stands and backs up a few paces before doing a backflip-
Shai- ouo!! *Sits back on his rump and claps his front paws together*
Signal: -Looks at him and pads back over- Was that like dancing?
Shai- *Looks impressed* I think so! Either way it was great!

Shai- Okay. ouo *Crouches down a bit, then just hops into the air, rather anti-climatically*
Signal: -Laughs- You'll get the hang of it. Like I said, it takes a lot of practice.
