does the pic ajust itself to the right size or does it need to be made to the correct size and what kind of picture would i need if i made a picture for the guild

i think that now that we are so big the forum should be used for recruiting purposes only and instead of kicking people out for not being active we just demote them to like a grunt level of there group like for my group the inactive people would be grunt rouge shadow or there would be grunt assassin i think this would be more fair
