Motoko, having read the manga, I think that her character developed and changed the most during the course of the series. In the anime, the one thig that put it over the was her scream. I found it so cute hearing such a high pitched scream from her.

Mines is Yea, a little predictable but I really like her the most. The second one I like is Motoko and third is Shinobu. At first I didn't like Motoko as much but as I kept reading and as I watched the Anime (specially the 25th episode) I started to like her more.
