So our home board will be 001060?
Going against another guild would definitly lighten the work load on the pieces, we could just agree on colors and show up. Though we don't need another guild as an opponent to play, we can just have fun playing against ourselves.

What we did yesterday was fun, even though we didn't have enough players.
The problem we faced was people disappearing, and not sure of where they supposed to move when told to. The chess master seemed to have switched to another player during the game. Sometimes it is too have for people to read another player's name, in order to make the move. Anyway, if we could cut down this problem, we wouldn't have much to worry about when we have all 32 players.

Though we don't need another guild as an opponent to play, we can just have fun playing against ourselves. I just arrived today, so I think that's it. Sure, we can play against ourselves, but playing agaisnt another guild is fun. We just need to know who is what piece, and how we are going to play, we still aren,t ready. ^^

Anyway, if we could cut down this problem, we wouldn't have much to worry about when we have all 32 players. I thought about all this. Here's my ideas. Not enough players: Let's get a good group of faithful Gaians who can show up nine times out of ten. Make a scheduled meeting time so we can figure it out...Sunday afternoons have always worked best for me when I've gathered a group of people- if there's religious stuff with people, it usually goes on in the morning or at night, so everyone's generally at home. Make sure everyone in the group knows what they're playing before we get there. We'll make a chart or something, along with a few alternates who can fill in if someone has to leave for some reason. I'd expect we'd call up whoever else wants to watch/take someone's spot and have them stand off to the side, just in case. About people's names- if it's not possible to remember everyone (which we might, as time wears on), then you can say, "Pawn with the pink hair" or something else that's just them. Other than that, you could always click on the person and hit 'view profile'.
