You do make a very good point. but we need to get them and other members to the group before we can do much of that sort of thing either way.

I recieved advice regarding that issue recently. We should go to Naruto forums and just invite random people. Odds are we'll get at least one or two out of every ten to join.

Silence Left Pinky-Toe of the Guild. Anyway, we have their clothes, we have their objectives. We still need a base of operations and a way of showing their indepenedence from their villages without cutting their headbands.

we could have them put an extra symbol on the headbands with their village signs. you know(examole not saying to use this) like a star next to the konoha leaf or a sun with the suna gourd inside it.

Yeah, we could try that. I came up with this idea that they each where a black sash somewhere on their person. Just like village headbands, the sash location can vary from around the waist to tieing it around their mouth and nose like a mask...stuff like that. And to get the sash and join, they have to destroy their headband, indicating they have severed their ties to their village.

yeah, that makes sense. would the members have markings of rank though? or rings to show ttheir membership in the yoinokuchi, cause anyone could destroy their headband and say that they're part of the yoinokuchi but make fools of themselves, ruining the image of the nightfall.

Okay, so the ideas that we've settled on so far are as follows...
-Cloaks with the "Owl in the Tree" design, high collar
-Black sashes and custom-made rings showing membership
-Ambition to see Konoha and all other villages under their fingers
-Some method of consealing their faces when traveling, perhaps hats like Akatsuki

yeah, that sounds about right. maybe long scarves for the lower part of the face if need be. the hats would be cool though... one or both?

Maybe they should choose which they prefer. Imagine this scenario:
Random Nin- What!? Yoinokuchi!? Oh my God!!!
Yoinokuchi Member- That's right. You won't be leaving here alive. *tries to take hat and scarf off at once...chokes* hold on a sec...
Random Nin- *Already ran like hell outta there*

oh, are we going to pair out the groups like in the akatsuki, trios like in villages or solo.

Let's see. Akatsuki used two-man groups...considering the Sasori and Deidara incident, Sakura and Chiyo ganged up on Sasori and killed him. Then Deidara blew himself up in his fight with Sasuke, and of course failed to kill him. That said, having three-person teams would be a good fail safe. Not to mention the Uchiha siblings and Orochimaru's daughter can be in the same unit.
