Don't know how much truth there is to that, since I'm not sure where he got his information. *shrugs*

Wow, you guys are kept a bit behind. My LJ communities have updates less than an hour after they're out. Anyways, let me share my info. smile
Confirmed:
heart 314 & 315 are titled The Boiling Rock Part 1 & 2
heart Obviously knowing that, the title of 314 is NOT The Firelord Recruits. (C'mon, you goobers, that would NEVER be a realistic title.)
heart YTV will be showing a NEW episode on the 18th.
Rumors:
domokun Both 314 and 315 will air together on the 18th in Canada, thus why YTV skipped a week of showing new episodes.
domokun It was mentioned in the Avatar Mag that the kids will be visiting a boiling lake, so I am guessing that will happen in 314/315.
domokun Now that Aang knows firebending, I think the title indicates that 314/315 will be about combining all four elements (Hit a lake with a rock and a fireball and blow some air in; you get a boiling rock).

Still, I very seriously doubt that any episode would be named "The Firelord Recruits". It just doesn't fit with any of the other episode titles... And I'm 90% sure that Combustion Man is dead. Whaaaat? I stand by my beleif that Ursa is in the White Lotus Society. sad I really don't want her to be this season's surprise villain. (It was said in the Avatar Mag that there will be a surprise villain, but my theory on that is the surprise villain will be the FN soldier who killed Katara's mom.) I'm pretty dang certain that Ursa won't be recruited by Ozai, because is DOBS he said "I see that banishment is not punishment enough" or something similar when referring to Ursa and Zuko being similarly banished. Not that this really 100% means Ursa is a good guy, but it is also confirmed that Zuko will have an episode where he is searching for his mother. Once again, I'm pretty certain that Combustion Man is dead. It was a rather strange death, but this IS a kid's show and we know M&B do not explicitly show anyone dying. The members of my LJ community are also really certain that "The Firelord Recruits" and "Combustion Man Returns" are fake titles started on one of the avatar episode websites' forums.

i'm pretty sure that ursa is good.... 100%! i was just high on sugar!!! gonk
and combustion man is dead... 99% confused
but i still think that something will happen... including those two... not at the same time... dunno if C.M. will come back, but to ME it didn't seem as if he's completly finished in the story.... neutral dunno why... it just is... to me..
either way we'll find out tomorrow!!! biggrin

hmmm...well, i agree that combustion man's death seemed a little...convinient, like in so many shows where the bad guy falls and everyone relaxes and then he comes back (sometimes inexplicably) to kick 'em in the butt. But it also seems unlikely that your forehead could impload and you survive, and then being tossed of the mountain side... confused i guess we will just have to wait and see.
i also agree that the Firelord Recruits is not very likely the title...it just sounds funny, and who would he really recruit that he hasen't already? and for what? go get the avatar? they were already doing that! or at least they knew they needed to kill him. i don't know. i doesn't seem to plausible to me... confused
anyway, and i totally think that Ursa is in the White Lotus Society and that she is 100% good. Someone a while back said they thought that Iroh asked, or made, or whatever, the WLS to retake his thrown from Ozai, and that they were hiding Ursa (or helping her, or both), and i don't know whether this is true or not, but I like how that would flow, so i am all for it being true! biggrin I think there is a strong possibility of that happening.
-and i personally speculate that when Aang beats the fire lord, he will ask Iroh to be the new firelord, until Zuko is old enough, so they can start putting the firenation back together, under a good rule.

Please read first. neutral And I agree with Emerald that there could still be subtitles for 314/315. If you're 99% sure CM is dead, why do you think somethng more will happen to him? confused Eh. I always felt that he was a poorly introduced sub-villain, and it makes sense to me that he would be killed off in a similarly poor manner. I mean, we never got any backstory and he never did anything but grunt, so why the hell should I care enough about him and want him to be more than a poor subplot character? I really hope he doesn't come back for a "lol surprise i survived boom boom oh wait now i is ded k". Ursa will definitely get some more mentions in the future. Even if she is actually dead (still a small possibility since it had not been confirmed that she's alive) Zuko will have an episode where he looks for her, and I'm sure in that episode we'll get even more wonderful backstory on the lovely Ursa. I've also been hoping that they make Iroh the Fire Lord, with Zuko as his heir. :3 I think poor Zuzu needs some time to regain his freedom and childhood, which he lost thanks to daddy's fist. If he became Fire Lord I just feel like it would be asking too much of him. He's already been through hell and back so much, he needs to be able to relax and play with Mai and Aang and find new friends too.

Huh...if there were a surprise villain to come about...it'd be a total twist if it were Iroh and the White Lotus Society. After all, we don't know much about them and we also don't know if they're just using the avatar...
but that's just speculation...personally I don't think they might be it.
Also from the avatar mag it said that the Gaang would encounter a water bender with ties to Katara's mom, that was the blood bender Hama right? just wanted to make sure is all..
