Is that it? Geez, I should probably star a new thread to describe this stuff to you. Don't worry, I have been told by teachers that I could teach better than they. Alright, to begin with, the two different numbers that Sephy used are just a way to measure how much room is available in the Central Processing Unit (better known just as a CPU), Hard drives and memory for the computer. Now, you've heard of Megabytes and Gigabytes, right? Well, MB just stands for Megabyte and GB is probably obvious. Now, the smallest unit of these measurements is a bit. Next comes byte then Kilobytes (one thousand bytes), Megabyte (one thousand Kilobytes), Gigabyte (one thousand Megabytes) and then, the latest, Terabyte (one thousand Gigabytes. Now, all of these numbers are only approximate because you have to have a little bit of the step under it dedicated to handling it all. Therefor, they are a bit more than one thousand exact. In Sephiroth's talk about memory, he wasn't talking about how much room their is on his computer; memory is different for computers than the usual sense of memory. Instead, it's a 'holding area' of sorts for the CPU to keep it on hand. It's like baking a cake in a kitchen; when you are kooking, you have the room itself which is the same as the Motherboard. Next, the counters are the memory, some where to keep the ingredients close by. Then the oven is the processor, the thing that will bake the cake. The cupboards are the Hard drive, where everything is stored. The utensils and bowls and cake pan are like the video card and sound card. Get it?

Er... then the issue is self inflicted; you have to try and pay attention. But, I guess it's you own decision.
