Gives a smile, and tips his headband up, revealing his eye. The pool of blood moves under Meiko and Soren tosses the Kunai straight into the middle of it. "Ah, glad we can relate, then..."

"Indeed" She smiles and jumps into the air. Though her reactions are good, One of her shoes is still touching the blood when the kunai hits it.

Soren closes his eyes "Blood is an energy conductor, we are full of it, and all I need is an outlet..." Meiko starts getting electrocuted, but it cuts out soon after.

"An interesting Jutsu" Meiko says as the clone being electrecuted turns into a log. "Did you think a Jonin would get caught that easily?" She is sitting on one of the training posts that are worn by the training of Konoha Ninja. "It was a nice try though" He said with another smile as she kicks her feet. She jumps down and stands before him. "Now if you wouldn't mind. I would like to know about that eye of yours" She looks at it curiously, not knowing what it is about.

Soren gives a sigh "I guess I'll have to work on that...". The pupil of the eye looks like its bleeding, the eye itself appears to have cuts and blood splatters on it. He moves his headband back over it, "Its my bloodline trait, the Ketsuekigan", he replies, bandaging the cut along his arm "it allows me to manipulate and control blood."

"Its alright, at least I have something to teach you" Meiko says lightly, she takes one last look at his eye before he puts the headband back over it. "Intresting" She says softly. She then nods resolutely "would you mind telling me the full extent of your abilities and any drawbacks it has?" She doesn't want to seem pushy but its something she needs to know if she is going to have Soren on her team.

"The full extent of my abilities...", Soren sits down, trying to remember "...Well...with enough concentration...I could cause someone to explode...or bring someone back from the brink of death." He shows her the cut he put along his arm earlier. "The drawback, would be the difficulty my family has with healing its own wounds. Its not impossible, but it takes time. Which is why I try to refrain from using Taijutsu or Close-Quarters Combat"

"I see" Meiko nods and fallows his lead. She crosses her legs and sits down indian style. "That is indeed a useful technique and it is a useful addition to my team" She says with a smile. "I am completely hopeless when it comes to medical Jutsu. I can wrap bandages and use ointment but thats about it" Meiko explained with a nod.

"Glad to be of service, Mis--er...Meiko", he gives a smile. 'Damnit, I did it again...' he thinks to himself. "I suppose I could help you with the medical jutsu, unless you think you're truly hopeless..." he says, adjusting his headband.

Meiko smiles back and nods happily. "Many people have tried to help me with them but nothing ever worked. Maybe if I have someone with your abilities helping me I may get somewhere" She says with another nod. "Do you mind if I ask why you hide your eye? Does it hinder your sight?" She asks curiously, only noticing afterwards noticing how blunt she sounded.

Soren smiles, taking the compliment. "I find that they eye tends to disturb people...that, and I only have it in one of my eyes, rather than both...", he speaks calmly "and I can see just fine......I think."

"Ah I see, do not feel as if you need to hide it from me" She says and then smiles. "Would you like to see what I hide?" She said motioning to her legs. It is only common courtesy since he showed her his eye, she could show him the markings on her legs.

"Um...sure..." he replies, thinking of how awkward it might seem to someone who hadn't listened to their conversation. He lifts the headband to his forehead.

Meiko turns to her left leg and starts to swiftly and effortlessly remove the thin layer of bandages that cover them. As she does so she reveals deep black markings that contrast deeply with her pale skin. It is in a language that hardly anyone knows anymore so not many can read it. But Meiko would rather hide them then have people ask about them all the time. Its not very interesting, but it helps make up who she is.
