lol it was pretty awesome less heavy but still good....songs like circle vermillion part 2 n danger-keey away was just not really heavy but they still sounded good

i think volume 3 was one of their best from beggining to end because it shows that they dont have to resort to cussing every other word to sound awesome.

it's my favorite album along with Iowa because those two drew me into the metal scene and the rock scene in general when i was just a wigger listening to rap cry those were sad days for me cry

Lucifer The Anti Christ 666slipknot-666 i liked VOL.3 dont get me rong but i thought it wasnt slipknot u know what i mean Subliminal verses is my least favorite album out of the 5. right on lucifer, vol. 3 is the worst, even the vol. 3 masks are the worst

i liked Subliminal Verses alot, it was a diff path that Knot decided to make, and they did a great job with it. i loved Vermilion and Virus of LIfe
S/T was (sic), but it kinda sounded like they were holding something back, dont get me wrong, it was a kickass album, but my fav one is Iowa. the heaviness and anger in the cd made it one hell of an album

666slipknot-666 VOL.3 was a good CD dont get me wrong but it wasent slipknot you know what i mean yah it was defnitly different then the rest...less of a "******** society" type of attitude wich is wha ti love most about them...but i did liek the albumn

Vol. 3... I wasn't impressed... But I liked Danger-Keep Away, Vermillion Pt.2 and Virus of Life... A few of them mad me go "Comeon'... Slipknot can do a bit better than this..." But it made me sad when I thought that because they actually try... Unlike MOST bands..

J.J. Starscream Just because Vol 3 doesn't say ******** every other word, does not mean it's not a heavy album. I think it's one of their heaviest albums, in that it brings out everything I hate about myself, it makes me remember all the bad things and the good things. It's one of the more emotionally driven albums I own, and I admire that.
It kind of pisses me off when people tell me that Slipknot sold out because of that album, and that they hate sell-outs. If you stop liking Slipknot just because of that album, that makes you a sell-out. I don't care what you say.
I consider Vol 3 my second favorite album (after Iowa.) Quoted for truth. I agree with everything said here. Like a band for the band, not how many albums they sell and what label they're under. My album order is: Iowa, Vol. 3, SlipKnoT, Live, MFKR.
