Two legs appeared in front of the crowd as distant humming could be heard from nowhere . Slowly her body began to appear until finially she was entirely visible "so it 's finially happened." Indya sighed "at least my head is safe " she giggled at the thought , remembering that her head was detachible anyway. "They'd better get it over with soon. time is of the essence, but then again what is time?"

((Hope I can still post my character! O_O)) Name: Ehh T. McEnroe Species: Human Age: 26/27 - ish Gender: Female Hair Color: Brown eye Color: Violet Physical Apperance:Not too tall, not too short, average height... Wears multiple layers of clothing (who knows why... O_o) Physical Trademarks: Walks with a slight limp, and sometimes, but rarely, uses a cane Personality: Mysterious, dark, cynical, MAD, but also can be cheery and pleasant if you're on her good side on any given day. Likes: Her cat, Polo. Tea (had to do it xD), chocolate! Dislikes: stupid and ignorant people, her cat, coffee, life in general... Biography: Possibly distant relation of the Mad Hatter, but just as strange in her own ways. Lives in the quite dismal Tulgey Wood, but not to deep in, just a little ways off from the other 'Mad Hatter'. Has no liking of the now deceased queen. Has no sense of personal hygiene in the way of taking care of her hair. Or her house for that matter. Her cat, Polo, seems to be her best friend, and she talks to him as such, as if he could actually understand her and respond.... but who's to say he can't?

Mura felt the jolt of her heart as she passed near the forest. Shin-chan was also acting strange. Upon sniffing the air, he jumped off of Mura's shoulder and bounced into the forest. "Shin-chan?!" she yelled as she ran off after the little squirrel.
She followed Shin to the best of her ability but wound up having to follow his scent. He had gotten too far up ahead through the trees for her to be ability to see him. Mura dodged the tree branches hurtling towards her as she ran to keep up with the fading scent. Shin's scent led her to a rather large rabbit hole in the side of a small hill. She got down on her hands and knees as well as tucked her flowing fox tail under her jacket. She wasn't about to let it get dirty as it takes hours to get that thick fur clean.
She crawled and crawled and crawled for what seemed like forever but was really only five or ten minutes. The tunnel had become pitch black by then and made her unable to avoid another hole in her path leading straight down. As she fell down the deep hole light began to appear around her. Along the walls were small oil lamps allowing her to see what was around her. Near the lamps were many large, painted portraits. Most of which were of rabbits in waistcoats. Obviously, they were not of the same rabbit for each one of the rabbits were different colors and some were large rabbits and some were small.
Finally, after what felt like an eternity, Mura reached a smooth tile floor. Facing her was another portrait which was where she found Shin sitting in front of her, wide-eyed and staring at the portrait. It was this portrait that was of major significance to both Murasakimizu and Shin.
OOC: And this is where I leave off for now. A small cliffhanger. XD

As usual Nadir was in a rush,Her father as energetic and always optimistic would be rather disappointed with her if she were to be late. Being a half breed as she was her body always changed depending on her environment as to which half it would favour, being in the air her limbs took a more griffon like appearance then of a human girl.
Bracing her self as she felt the the ripple in the sky as she pass through into wonderland, looking down she saw in the distant the heart palace, wishing to be no later then she was, her wings belt down against the atmosphere to speed her self up.
Feeling rather proud of her self as she caught up to a mother bird, Nadir clicked her tongue in excitment as she passed, hearing the squaking of the startled motherbird behind her.
After throwing rude insults to the halfer the mother crow mumbled to herself with distain, "As if it isn't bad enough having to fly to the castle to show sympathy for the king, That young griffon girl just has to zoom past and startle my feathers all into a mess."
Laughing as she were at how the motherbird was startled, Nadir entered the castle grounds by air and spotted a clearance not to far from where the mock turtle dwells and started to plumet into a dive not before noticing that the castle seemed rather more busy with people then it usually did.
With the ground narrowly approaching her wings spread out to slow her descent as she landed on all fours, tucking her wings back in before rearing up on lion-like hind legs and almost as quickly as she had landed did her body once more start to morph until she was somewhat more human like. Clicking her tounge she ran towards that mass of people, so fullof energy and curiosity that when she finally spoke to the nearest creature, her sentence seemed more like a extrodanrily long word.
"What'sgoingon?Whyaretheresomanycreaturesaroundthegardens?Isitanotherunbirthdayparty?" ("whats going on? why are ther so many creature around the gardens? Is it another unbirthday party?)
The creature mearly looked at her in disbeleif that she not had known. "The Queen or hearts is dead." The words came out rather bluntly as the creature itself was unsure of whether to be upset or glad.
Hearing these words fall out of the creatures mouth Nadir cocked her head thinking for a second.
"You mean I won't lose my head for being late?! Oh what a relief."
With that she bounded off to see her father leaving the creature with its jaw agap.

Ehh had taken to standing as close to the back as she could, not too keen on mourning for the deceased queen. She had only come because she had gotten an invitation, of course.
Meanwhile, her cat, Polo, had taken up a position on her shoulder, occasionally rising to his back legs to look above the crowd.
"How can you be interested in this at all, Polo?" She asked, scratching him behind his ear. He, of course, only purred in response.

Mura and Shin gaped at the portrait. It was an oil painting of the Queen. It was very well done but it still didn't make the Queen look any better than she did. Mura felt a fire light within her soul. This woman was the one who had exiled her to that other world. Shin had gone through the same thing. Both had the sensation to go to the castle and take her out of power no matter how futile.
"Wha... WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS?!" came of voice from behind.
Mura and Shin turned quickly were met by a rather large black and white rabbit. "WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!" it bellowed at them.
Mura bowed hastily, "I'm sorry. We fell through a hole in a tunnel. We didn't mean to trespass. My name is Murasakimizu and this is Shin."
The rabbit glared at them for a moment and then began to hop around them as if to get a better look at them. "I'll believe you for now. Now tell me, why were you staring at the Queen's portrait in such a fashion?"
Shin scrambled onto Mura's shoulder so as to be a little taller than the rabbit and said is a small, squeaky voice, "The Queen exiled us from Wonderland for no reason other than she didn't want us there."
The rabbit looked at them thoughtfully and replied, "Even though I was one of the Queen's main adivsors, I will let you stay. Your exile is terminated."
Mura was shocked. "If you were one of her advisors, why would you help us?"
The rabbit shook his head and sighed, "It's obvious that you're telling the truth about being exiled or else you would have heard."
"Heard what?"
"My Dear, the Queen of Hearts is dead."

As always she found her father and the mock turtle crying on the turtles rock. Rolling her eyes at this she pranced up to them, giving her father a nudge then a hug as she nodded a hello to the mock turtle, whether he saw it or not through his tears she didn't know but didn't stay to ponder this as she almost immediately started talking.
"Oh father, how am I supposed to keep my position of the two world liason with the queen now dead. What if the newer one declined me for some other creature. It won't be fair."
Her father as wise as he s merely just looked at his daughter an blinked trying to understand her.
"Don't worry Dear I'm sure you'll keep your occupation. Such trivial things shouldn't concern you."
with that the griffon and mock turtle started singing and dancing. Not wanting to get lulled into joining them Nadir Quickly lept into the air to return back tot he queens garden.

Her tail twitched as she hummed and sang to herself. She was almost amused by the idea of the death of the queen of hearts , but she knew that wonderland was going to change now with her death. "Ah well, times do change, but not all change is good" She vanished again, reappearing this time in the castle

"Heh?"
"Yes, my dear. You heard correctly. The Queen is dead. Everyone is supposed to be meeting in the castle grounds at..." The rabbit checked his wrist watch, "RIGHT NOW!!!"
He jumped up and ran off through the hallway. "Wa... Wait! How do we get there from here?!" Mura yelled out into the hallway.
The rabbit came hopping rapidly back to them and grabbed a hold of her wrist. "Follow. Follow me," he said in short breaths.
Mura transformed quickly into her fox form and Shin clung to the soft fur on the back of her head. Mura followed the rabbit as best she could through the hallways and out the door. Many of times she lost site and scent of the rabbit but he always turned and ran back to them. After a while they finally made it to the castle where hoards of people were crowded outside the castle courtyard. So many people had come that they all couldn't fit in the courtyard. Mura followed the rabbit through the crowd and up to where the King was supposed make an announcement to the public. She transformed back into her semi-human form and stood overlooking the crowd hoping to see some familiar faces from the past.

Trinket was lazing in the bright afternoon sun by a small pond, the same shade of calm jade green as her large shining eyes currently reflected. She started, suddenly, as she heard the clatter of hooves upon the cobbled path that wound through the adjacent evergreen woods. Her eyes (now a burning clementine) snapped immidiately to the source of the noise: A horse with armored rider perched upon it's wide muscular back had appeared in full veiw. She rose as if to step forwrd and greet the unknown rider but decided it better not to and retreated into the shade. She watched from her hideout as a second rider approached the first, this one considerably taller and on a glistening chestnut steed brightly contrasting the dull, dirtied grey of the first horse. "I bear tidings" bellowed the tall knight, "from the Palace." "Oh, is that so?" queried the grey rider sarcastically as he dismounted from his horse and removed his battered, war worn helmet. "Summons I suppose? To the oh so dear Queens funeral? And what did she ever do for me? The tall rider was taken aback, both at the boldness of the little man and the shocking scarlet of his thick drooping moustache (though the rest of his considerable amount of hair had long since greyed). "You are Petri Ezzelgriend of Clearmeadows, former advisor to Her Majesty the Queen of Hearts?" "I am."stated the stout man defiantly. "She has left you something in her will. Something of great err...value. This is not the place to discuss it. Follow." On the last word he bellowed again, this time so forcefully that Trinket could see the vibrations running through his horse's flanks. The ex-advisor obeyed him and they continued down the narrow path. Trinket waited till they were out of sight, and then emerged from the berry bush she had had the misfortune to crouch in. She brushed most of the loose thorns from her large, lacy collared dress but noticed a distinct pain in the crook of her left knee. "I shall pull it out later." she said more to herself than anything "First I must go to the palace and pay my respects. A real funeral...how intruiging..." At this thought her eyes faded to a pale misty pink. "Whatever shall I wear? Am I expected to bring a gift of sorts? Am I even welcome?" She selected a weather appropriate hat from her small burrow nestled in the trunk of an aged oak and departed in the same direction Petri and his armored "friend" had gone.
