Divinity smiled, looking up at Calamity.
I guess...I'm not alone anymore... "Big Brother, where are we going?" A young girl asked as she and her older brother walked towards a harbor, each carrying a small bag.
"Away from here." The brother replied "We're going to look for father."
"No!" The girl stopped in her tracks, dropping her bag. "I don't wanna look for him!"
"Chey..." The boy started, and walked over to his sister, kneeling down. "Cheyenne, we have to. We can't just live on our own like this."
"But you said it yourself brother! You said you'd kill him if you found him!" He wrapped her arms around him, "I won't let you!"
"Chey..." He hugged his younger sister
"Edmond...where's the boat gonna take us?"
"To France."
"Where's that?"
"Not too far from here." They released each other, grabbing the bags and continuing to the harbor.
"You mean across the ocean?"
"Yeah, something like that."
Cheyenne smiled, her blue eyes gleaming like the ocean

*Nine years later* (We REALLY start the RP After ten years)
It was winter. The snow was falling heavilly in Orleans, France as Calamity sat on the steps of an old abandoned church that she and Divinity had taken refuge in. Fire light from the candles inside cast an orange glow on her back and the rising moon that peaked through the clouds cast a silvery blue shadow on her front.
She seemed lost in thought as she held out her armoured hands and allowed the snow to fall upon them. On the cold armour she could clearly make out the design of each snowflake.
It was true. No two snow flakes really were alike.
"Divinity, come." Calamity called to her apprentice.
"It's time to train."

Divinity jumped from the roof of the church, her Tsunami ready.
"Yes Shiso." Divinity said, lowering her hood and bringing her blades up, the curved edges facing her body.

Calamity did not say "Go" or give any other insentive that were starting except that she brought her hands to together in a lightning fast hand sign and dissappeared in a cloud of smoke. When she reappeared she was in the air over Divinity's head, with her kunai drawn. She plunged head first toward Divinity from her impressive hieght and as she fell she began to spin her body around and around with her blades pointing downward at an incredible speed. Yet their blades made contact and Calamity was pushed back, landing on her feet.
"Now you come at me." She said.

Divinity twisted her blades around, jumping into the air, spinning fast. She sent waves of attacks at her mentor, as ruthless as ever. She suddenly jumped back after the spin, a bit disoriented, but waiting for an attack. "Chey?" Edmond called, walking a small home he and his sister shared. "Chey? You awake?" He walked into the small bedroom, seeing her curled up on the bed, hugging a pillow. He walked over to her, gently touching the bandage wrapped around her forehead.
I have to admit...she's clumsy...But when she fights...it hurts." He thought, rubbing his arm where a large bruise was from their last training session.

When Calamity saw that her pupil was coming at her with the intent to kill, as she had been taught, she too began to fight all out.
Back and forth they went, Calamity's long experience and rigorous methods up against Divinity's ruthlessness and...though Calamity hated to admit it...Talent.
Divinty had as much talent as Clamity, maybe even more, and it constricted Calamity's heart. She felt that no one should have to be given the ability to kill. It made man corrupt and twisted. But Divinity had wanted to be strong and Calamity's heart had gone out to the poor girl. As she parried a well perscisioned blow from Divinity she knew it was this girl's drive that pushed her so hard and again she felt that small pain. Her tenderness almost cost her her life however, as she heard the swish of a blade from behind. Calamity jumped instinctively, higher than even divinity could jump and as Divinty's momentum kept her moving forward her teacher's feet landed gently on her back but pushed off with the sudden strength of a large tiger. Divinty was pushed to the ground by her teacher's sheer power and Calamity landed gracefully one the ground a few feet away.
"Get up." Calamity ordered in her cold, commanding voice.
"I have something for you." There was suddenly the sound of a smile in her voice as she watched her pupil.

Divinity jumped up quickly, "What is it Shiso?" She asked, sheathing one blade, and spinning the other one before sheathing it as well. She could feel her strength pulsing throughout her body, yet stayed very calm.

"you have done well in your training, and the small little missions I've allowed you to join me on." Calamity said as she sheathed her kunai and did something Divinity never expected. She reached up and untied her mask, pulling it off. Under the moonlight Calamity was gorgeous her thin lips were a bright red and her skin so smooth it glowed.
"But I am growing old quickly," As she said this it sounded like a lie for she still seemed so young, "But you have a future now, Divinity. It may not be very happy at times...But it a future you have created with own hands. In our line of work our identities are our lives. You must never let anyone see your face. I am taking a risk now, so get a good look..." Then she handed Divinity a mask of her own.
"Our next mission....you will do alone."

Divinity bowed, taking the mask. She pulled her hood down, her silver hair shining like a new blade in the moonlight. She tied the mask around her face and replaced her hood, only the smallest sliver of skin showing.
"Where will I be going?"

"In Paris, there has been some...bad blood...in the government." Calamity said retying her own mask.
"Lower ranked officials are highering assasins and hitmen to get rid of some of the higher ups to make room for themselves. We recieved a mission...to kill one of the assasins who is supposedly targeted a very important official. It's a very big task...and you must do it alone."

"I will show you to the vicinity," Calamity stated, "Then you shall go in alone. Come. We have to move quickly." Clamaity went into the church and gathered thier packs. When she shouldered them she nodded to Divinity and they were off. It was nearly sunrise when they reached the outskirts of Paris. Calamity jumped down out of the tree she landed in and looked to Divinty.
"Once I show you where the assasin lives, wait until night falls once more. Then move quickly and stealthily."
