A bit of everything is right LOL
I would just say alternative.
Well let's see...
DIY can fall under Punk & Goth
Those music choices lean more towards Goth.
Artistic depends on what you mean.
Industrial band: Industrial Goth, Cyber Goth, Rivethead
Hair: Punk
LOL stereotypical Punk attitude concerning humor at the expense of others.
Make-up, punks aren't normally found wearing it and it depends on how you style so I will say Goth just for a grouping term.
So mostly you would fall under some sort of Goth, maybe a Punk-Goth.
But otherwise you're all over the place, I like it =D

Here's a handful of bands that I listen to.
Apoptygma Berzerk, Ayria, Bauhaus, Bella Morte, BlutEngel, Cradle of Filth, Cruxshadows, Die Krupps, Dimmu Borgir, Hanzel Und Gretyl, Jack Off Jill, Kittie, Lacuna Coil, Malice Mizer, Marilyn Manson, My Ruin, The Birthday Massacre, The Gathering, VNV Nation, Within Temptation.
(Yes, that's the short version of the list....)
Clotheses.
If I'm not wearing black, I feel wrong. xd
Usually jeans / t-shirt (usually either a band t-shirt or just a plain one). At least one of those will be black. If it's not, I'll have to go and but on my Zippy hoody (black, of course!) I have a couple of pairs of 'Goth' trousers (fear the chains!). And a tailcoat whee
And sometimes I opt for shirt / waistcoat / trousers. Most of the time, that comes with my top hat too ^_^
And I has a couple of rairs of jeans that I've ripped the hell out of.
Shoes wise... DMs. Converse. New Rocks. Transmuters.
I have been known to wear dreads/goggles as well.

Aaaand....
I like art. Art is good. I'm going to go to Art college.
Or, failing that, take a year out, then do a degree course at said art college ^_^
And I am determined to be in a real band.

Music: Most of my music taste won't fit into the punk/goth category at all, but on the rock side I listen to; System of A Down, Disturbed, Breaking Benjamin, Mindless Self Indulgence, Rammstein, Dir en Grey, Three Days Grace, etc etc.
Clothing wise... I have to be wearing black somewhere. I usually wear the same thing; Jeans and a band tee shirt. Sometimes I throw a pair of tripps in there. Other days I feel more colorful and mix a bunch of bright colors together into one outfit, along with black. Orange, lime green, yellow, pink, and black was my last colorful outfit.
I don't wear too much make-up at all, but I'm always wearing eyeliner... If I have time in the morning I put on eyeshadow. Not too many colors I wear for eyeshadow, though. Lime green, red, dark blue usually..
My mood tends to be either happy & spazzy or bitchy & pessimistic, depending when you talk to me. I love writing, reading, & drawing. I'm sarcastic... Yeah, not too much I can think of putting here at the moment.

But yeah no seriously.
Music: Dethklok (cute!!) Rammstein, Dimmu Borgir, Arch Enemy, Children of Bodom, Slayer, Laibach, KMFDM<3<3, Suicidal Tendencies, Corrosion of Conformity, BassHunter. OTEP<3.
Clothes: I ALWAYS wear black, but like to add colors i.e. Rainbow socks pocking out of my boots, lime green fishnet shirt<3, I wear Kandi every day, millions of bracelets! I almost ALWAYS wear skirts and I love my PVC corset! I wear ALOT of eye make up and bright lip-stick. I like to experiment with my hair color, I'm getting green dreads next week! X_X
My sense of humor usually involves something about dead babies, or being totally nekkid & holding a gun (see Bug-Eyed Earl from Redmeat.com) or the 'In Soviet Russia butt sex you!' type jokes.
I love to read, can't stand TV, but am addicted to the internet.
I'm BIG on respect, giving it, getting it, and letting people know when they've lost mine.
Oh and I HATE Marilyn Manson! And girls who spend most of their time with their ankles behind their ears. It's called self-respect, people.
Hot Topic is Gross. I would NEVER wear Tripp pants.

Makeup - Goth, Punk, could be a number of labels.
Mood: Oh god I am going to be so stereotypical about this *but hey this thread is just for fun* Rebellious goth kid.
Well you're not any one label from what I can tell.
I'd say you lean more towards the alternative side, which is cool because it leaves you open to more fashions.
With labels there's always guidelines.. But those are for sheep and no one really ever follows them.

I typically wear a lot of black and greys. But there's always a bunch of color thrown in. I love my rainbow glow in the dark necklaces and earrings as well as my plain colored ones. I always wear some type of gloves be it long orange fishnets, or traditional black and white striped ones and anything in between--Though I occasionally I make them myself since it gives me more options for patterns and such. Most of the time I wear jeans just because they're comfortable and occasionally Tripp pants. And then I usually wear my Converse or combat boots because it's hard to walk up and down two flights of stairs with a ten pound bookbag on my back for five days in a row. If I didn't have to walk up and down stairs all the time, I'd definitely wear skirts. I've got plenty of them but I wear them on weekends. On the subject of skirts and the like, I love tights and stockings. Layering is always fun too. Especially with fishnets. As far as makeup goes, I hold off on it most of the time. At least until I'm fifteen or sixteen so my skin can completely develop or something like that. At that point, I'm totally going for a lot of makeup mainly around the eyes. >w< ( Just not too much, geez. ) And I’ve also been known to occasionally indulge in wearing cyberlox and dreadfalls as well as goggles. But one can't really expect me to wear a bunch of corsets or stuff like that since I just turned fourteen, so...Yeah. O:

Most of the time, I don't watch TV. Unless Ninja Warrior ( <3 ) is on, then no. The Internet is my home sweet home now. I couldn't care less where I am, but as long as have an Internet connection I'm happy. I especially detest most movies because I can't sit still long enough for them and because they're going down the drain. Now as for monster movies and giant robot movies? Can't live without 'em. I like reading too. My favorite author/illustrator is ( Shoot me now. ) Eric Carle. The Very Hungry Caterpillar is my most favorite book ever. Haha. And I like the Final Fantasy series for video games. They're really good. I really want to move to Akihabara AKA: Akihabara Electric Town. Super awesome. Technology central of the world right there. Or Harujuku would be nice too. Hell, I'd almost kill for anywhere in Japan.
Anywho…I think that may just be enough to get a good idea.
