when I opened the package it just said the model number on a sticker and it was folded up. It was a little shocking that it was just the shirt with some plastic wrap and no receipt or washing instructions or anything.

[That's how mine came. I knew what it was because I had not ordered anything else in the mail at the time. My dad even left it on my bed for me. He had no idea. Bwahahaha.]

Seriously?

I am so glad for christmas monies now.

How do packys come packaged in the mail?

That's what I'd like to know.

Personally, I hate my binder. I have the Compression Shirt and it doesn't make me flat chested at all. It just makes me look like I have compressed breasts, because I do. I have a C cup.

However, I've heard very good things about T Kingdom (though they're more expensive) and that's who I'm buying my next binder from.

Pretty much, Underworks is less expensive (about $30 USD) but is barely effective at all for me and rolls up all the time, which I hate.

[True. As you can see, mine also make me look like I have compressed breasts. I was pissed off about it for a while, and then had to consider how flat something could possibly make my chest. There IS mass there, and it can't go away. Also, I'd be afraid more compression would hurt. I've even had trouble with the folding-up method that way. I couldn't keep it on as long.
I've been binding for a while but my breasts aren't squished to the point of being able to be pressed flat yet (quite honestly I'd be grossed out if it got to that point. Boob pancakes with nipples attached.. D; )
And also, male chests aren't completely flat anyway, so I try to wear clothing that can work with the amount of compression that my binder gives me.

All the other times though I wear tight-a** faggy clothing and see my 'uniboob' thing that forms in my binder and get sad. (You can also see the uniboob in my picture. >___>)

[I got a small pinky packy from Mango. :3
IT HAS A BIG p***s SHAPED BOX WITH A NEON STICKER THAT SAYS 'p***s INSIDE LOLZ!!!1!'
Hehe... no.....
I saved the package, actually. It just looked like a regular mailer envelope with the packy in plastic inside and an order slip.
My dad put that on my bed too. XD Keep in mind my dad is so anti-transition that I can't tell him I'm on hormones yet and have been avoiding him for a while so he doesn't find out. So if the packaging is ok to him, no worries for anyone else. smile
It might have the company as a return address, I don't remember, but unless the person reading it knows exactly what the company is and what they sell, I doubt they'd clue in. My dad was pretty used to me getting various things in the mail from ebay and stuff, so I wasn't worried.
I ordered mine about a year ago, so I doubt they've changed the packaging much since then.

I have the double front compression vest, though I wish it would make me look flatter it does work. The good thing is, is that because I am a little heavy (not uber gross though) the slight moobage it shows looks natural. I've worn the hell out of it though, so that might be why its not as good as it was before. xD

Thinking of getting the Tri-top one though, dunno yet.

If you do the "out-and-down" method they will look slightly more like pects. But like Mechanical Fetus said, it may just be that since I'm kind of on the heavy side it looks more natural for me.

Same here, I feel that even though it is more expensive it would be a good investment if I start binding daily. Why go through the discomfort from the Underworks one if I don't have to?

So I've been hearing wonderful things about the vest.
I think I might go with that.

One question about it-
How does it look underneath clothing?

My t-kingdom binder is pretty good. Not perfect, but with most t-shirts it works fine, especially if I slouch a bit. The remaining slight bulges can be easily explained as the results of too much crappy food and beer (as one of my friends pointed out, when I bind, most of the bio-guys on campus seem to have bigger breasts than I do). When I wear a button-down shirt or a hoodie, I look totally flat.

I have a C-cup and use a T-Kingdom M-801, and the only real problem I've found is that the zipper tends to show a bit if I wear a tight shirt. With shipping and handling, it only cost about $45 CAD.

Indeed.

That's how I get away with passing in a baggy t-shirt. 3nodding

I really, really, really want a binder, though.

Mine, the double-front compression vest, looks fine under my clothes. The only problem I get now is that the collar pokes up a tiny bit in the front, but usually just smoothing it out works fine. When I first got it and was trying to figure out how to deal with the rolling up at the bottom it made some weird placed lines on the back of my pants, but that isn't noticeable anymore, and wasn't by the time I finally wore the binder out in public (I didn't for a few weeks, FYI).

I think I've asked this before but, what if I don't have a credit card?

I would suggest then e-mailing them and see if they take MO's. Or ask one of your friends that has a card to help. :3 I do it all the time for others.

But I'm going to be buying a 'full body' one soon, so I don't have to keep on pushing it down. x__x I'm an E cup, and I use underwork binders, thought, since I'm a bit tubby on the stomach, it kind flushes everything out. XD But I've been thinking of getting me a T kingdom binder, but I was wondering if they make one that can take my size. D:

Okay, here's my review on the long double front one.

Guys, please be careful with those!

It gets good reviews all over, but I was so disappointed! I took measurements, my chest circumferrence says I need XS, okay, bought that and tried to put it on. I didn't get it over my shoulders!
After some tries I finally managed to get it on, my skin (you know, right behind my armpits where some guys like me actually have muscles <_<) was all red and rubbed off on some places.
You now might think "That stupid thing just bought it to small" but here it comes: It didn't flatten my chest any better than my self-made binder does!
After wearing it for a few minutes, I started feeling weird and kinda nauseous and I had to take it off which was even more difficult than getting it on. I was sitting on the ground, almost crying because of the pain (and believe me, I'm not a sissy about pain...) and ready to CUT that thing off me (but didn't do it.)
Never tried to wear it again, so if someone wants to buy it, feel free so message me -.-

Overview:

Good for guys:
- with somewhat narrow shoulders (in relation to their chest)
- with kinda soft boobs
- who don't have any suffocation anxiety
- who have someone to help them getting it on/off

Not good for guys:
- with broad shoulders or heavy muscles
- small, "hard" boobs (there are better, cheaper, less painful ways to bind)
- with suffocation anxiety
- weak stomaches or tendency of feeling nauseous when too much pressure there

Lawrence - fact is, it does sound like you bought one too small, if you were in that much pain. They tend to loosen up after a wash or two, and it really is vastly easier and more comfortable if you step into it and wrench it up past your hips, rather than trying to pull it over your head.

I must say, the 997 is not perfect, but it's popular for a reason, in that it's affordable, ships promptly, and does do a decent job if you get the right size and aren't too heavily endowed.
It's a pity the T-Kingdom site is so bewildering and the Mango ones are so expensive. And I do wish there was a decent British-based (or generally European, at a pinch) binder manufacturer.

Believe me, I tried everything to get it on, by my hips are too wide for that (I barely get it higher than my knees x_X). If I'd wash it, it would most likely become more loose, as you said, but it already doesn't bind good, so that would not make too much sense...
It also gives too much pressure on my belly even though I don't have fat or anything there, I don't wanna imagine how it would feel for guys who have something extra there x,X;

How far down does the short vest come in a woman's anatomy? I have a sensitive area right where my costal arch is, so I'm looking for something who really just binds my chest and nothing else... *sigh* I don't thing underworks has something for me...
