i didnt care for this movie. i've only seen a small clip and that was more than enough. i just didnt like seeing him around drugs.....or penelope cruz

I haven't seen this movie in a long time...and my bro works at blockbuster...i should tell him to bring it home for me...lol...that's why it's never there...the workers take them home for their johnny depp fan sisters...or brothers...lol...but yes it's a fab...movie...

I really like this movie. It's kinda sad how he ends up in jail and everything and his daughter gets taken away from him and stuff. Overall though it was a very good movie. Well done.

I'm so glad that I'm not the only one who cried at Depp's role in this film.
I loved it though!
And the sideburns scared me, but were good for the role.

I finally saw this movie a few days ago-- not one of my favourites, I'll just say, but as usual, Johnny Depp's performance was extraordinary.
The ending made my eyes water. ;_; So sad. (I agree, the sideburns were quite frightening xP)

anyways, I Loved it soo much
lol, ya the sideburns were kinda scary
it was such a beautiful/emotional rollercoaster, like knowing he's going to get caught sometime/his daughter/his life coming down around him!
my god it's genius!

This film was on U.S.A. last night ^^
Finally, I was able to see the whole thing. It was really touching to see what happened in George's life to cause such cataclysmic events to happen later on. The ending is so heart-wrenching.

You saw it then too, blarghy? I taped it. =)
The movie was heart breaking. The ending text just brought me to tears.
I honestly can't wait for George to become free again. Just so he can finally see his daughter again. I can't believe Johnny actually showed him the movie in jail. George cried.

I've seen the movie many times & own it. Johnny doesn't look "the best" in it..because he's portraying another person..who is real in real life. I think he did a wonderful job of telling the story that they told him to tell.
Yes..I did get a little upset at the end. But..I doubt very highly that his daughter will want to meet up with him after he gets out. She's been raised by her mother..who, I'm sure, has tainted her against him...and she never came to visit him in jail, which shows something as well.
I'm a little bit older than most I'm on here..I'm sure lol(I'm 29)..so just living life & what I've seen,experienced,etc..I'm sure things won't turn out great once he gets out, unfortunately.

It was indeed a great movie. I really liked it, but it's one of those films I have to wait a long time before watching again, because it's pretty emotionally intense (at least, to me it seemed that way.)
