I'm not one for crack pairings, though I've read enough fanfics with odd pairings in them. I know, I'll put *'s around the pairings that I like XD, But I'm gonna try and list all the pairings that I've seen. Though oddly enough the first Yaoi fanfic I read also doubled as Incest *shudder* so I'll start with it.

Uh.... yeah.... that's just a little messed up and there's probably some other obscenely horrid pairings that I don't remember..... XD but yeah.... I've seen all these pairings in fanfics at some point or another, and guys, feel free to flame some of them, I know I want to XD
Though picking out some of my favourites.... like PixV. I've seen one good fic with that in, and it's just sort of like two stoic warriors confiding in each other. XD also RaditzxPiccolo is just an odd concept when you think about who killed whom... but among those are the general Yaoi pairings (namely, GxV, Truten and GhxP) always work well in general romance or some psychotically humorous fics XD.
More than anything, I get curious as to why people write particular pairings, that's all ^^; most of them go alright but some are just avoidable (Namely most things featuring Frieza. It's difficult to find anyone that writes him outside of being completely evil, or a female posing as a male @.@;; )

Wow.. you really go for the crack yaoi pairings, don't cha?
Still, anything with Veggie being gay in it has a little charm.. but nothing works with Piccolo because he's just OBVIOUSLY asexual...
And the M. Gohan x M. Trunks thing has been done so many times, it's almost overdone..

Uh.. I don't think it would exactly make him gaay.. He/She will just probably be like an asexual on crack? Or a horny one.. Whatever comes first.. xD

XD Putting him in any kind of situation such like is funny. I'm really not a fan of M Gh x M T though.... I find that they're way too angsty @.@;

Yeah.. they are really angsty.
And as you said, there aren't that many female characters so you can just assume that most of the characters have gay tendencies.
Except there's no yuri. domokun
Plus Picollo is hilarious in any situation. Especially when he's assumed to be gangsta. mrgreen

Well, they both seem to have similar ego, as well as the same beginning letter name.. (as if that matters..? xp )
Just that Videl's ego is slightly less. Well, not slightly. A LOT less, but significant enough to be noticed.
