i am so angry i could just throw something at someone and not feel guilty about it until like an hour later when i realize what i did was horrible.

Why does he think that he can come back into my life now? I mean I am practically grown and I can take care of myself. I don't need him as a Father now.. he already missed his chance. My step-dad is all I need for a male role-model figure. He was great to me, and unlike my "sperm-donor".. he was there. He is such a butt-head!! I mean I'm glad that he didn't talk to me.. but he talked to my sister... surprised that he acted like he cared...
I wish I could break something or bite someone's hand... hear the person scream and imagine that it is HIM screaming...

I am feeling almost every emotion I can right now.. (except for happy or excited.. obviously!!) I don't know what to do anymore... scream at the top of my lungs.. or cry my eyes out. I don't know what to do anymore... I just want to lay down.. close my eyes.. and never open them again... cry

And the worst thing is.. I can't really talk with anyone.. and I don't feel that anyone cares..
I need to go to sleep.. hopefully I will dream great thoughts (of someone special) instead of the re-occuring nightmare that keeps coming back... sad
