I know what you mean about the name.
All I know is that mine was given to me as a remembrance for a man I never had a chance to meet. I wouldn't change my name, though I can still fantasize.

Mostly the Names I use in Rps are the ones I wish I had ROUGHLY TRANSLATED Ato Hitokage= Scarred Soul Kuromeru Kame=Black Tortoise Awai Tenshi= Angel of Light

Nice. I frequently use some biblical names, mainly Kain and Abel. Then I'll use mythological figures as well for names, like Seth. I love the god.

Haha, in my RP's? My characters, I usually give them names that have meanings similar to who they are. For example, I'm pretty sure "Asa" means doctor or healer or something of that persuasion. He's a surgeon/medic.

Interesting heritage you have there.. mine's pretty boring so far. All I know is most of my family lives past a hundred for the past four or five generations... Xp
