you could say that some of the lyrics are a lil emotional, but they kinda kill that off with the heaviness of their music. But believe, i like this band.

Bullet for my valentine is not emo...in an interview with Matt Tuck he was asked about the lyrics and how they were darkly romantic. His reply was that he writes about his family and the people he misses while on tour. He writes about real things and people. If you think that makes them emo then there is something wrong with you.

I understand BFMV is not emo, but what would it matter if they were? Emo or not, they're the best band ever. And what the hell is wrong with emo music and emo people? Exactly, NOTHING.

reallycoolname1 another example: look at waking the demon music video and look at the main character. hes emo. Well, like xXxShade_SlayerxXx said. He writes about what happens to real people. Things like that happen every day. Maybe even as you're reading this post. He thinks about that kind of stuff a lot, he feels a sense of sorrow. I'm sure he'd much like to end that kind of stuff. There was another music video, by a dutch band. It was very sad. When it comes to emos, after a while, they just break. Why pick on emos? They're humans too. Just a bit more emotional.
