I mean you sell 1000 "tickets", than everyone can buy as many as they want and through random number picking the winner will be chosen

Example:

BLANK buys tickets 100-197
Rawr Buys tickets 25-50

When the random number is chosen it happens to be 102 and BLANK wins the prize.
