Tiffany began to cook the meals that Link had wanted. The medium rare roast pig was made first. It was cooked to perfection. Next was pasta. As soon as it was cooked and then served, Tiffany got the drinks ready. Daisy was providing perfect Lon Lon milk for Link.

Ryu then came in and saw Link. He smiled and said, "Hey there Link. Wow, long time no see. Have you ever thought about settling down sometime? Sorry, I'm not meaning to be personal... I just thought well, you've been battling for a long long time. I was just wondering if that thought ever did cross your mind at all?"

Tiffany grinned as she saw Ryu. She gave Link his meal, then said to Ryu, "Oh, Dr. Hoshi, what brings you here? I mean other than the obvious. What would you like to eat?"

Now turning to Link, Ryu said, "By that time, you may not have any seeds left to carry on your legacy. Did you know that kids that are produced by you would love to hear about your adventures both past, present and future? I have a kid of my own, actually two kids. I love them both. They love to hear about my adventures as a fighter. I'm not really retired from it. I do a lot less, but I still do an annual tournament once a year."

Link laughed a bit, "Well, I could see how great that is. But.. It's the whole getting-the-girl that i like that's difficult. I mean- she's a princess! How does some rough and dirty teenager sound compaired to some... some rich prince?" he made sarcastic motions while he spoke and rolled his eyes.

Ryu laughed and said, "Well, refuse to save her a** unless she gives you the respect you deserve, Link. I know you've been on countless adventures and what does she give you in return? A simple Sorry I got you into this mess? Sounds like she is an ungrateful b***h to me. No offense, I know you like her and all. You risk your life to save hers and yet you get little respect in return. It sounds unfair to you to me. Heh, if she dumps you for it...wait... why am I thinking that way? Ha ha ha! I have really got to get a girl myself. I know! Why don't we search for women together if Zelda dumps you again. Just refuse to do her any favors until she pays you the repsect you deserve. She is unfair to you, so you gotta be unfair right back. I know you are a hero and all, but you gotta draw the line somewhere dude."

Tiffany brought out both men's orders. "There you are. Oh, and Link, sometimes the best way to be a hero is to teach those using you a lesson. By leaving Princess Zelda in danger to teach her a lesson may be the best way. Or, even better, threaten her. She has to give you the true goal you want. A kiss from her or at least for her to go out with you on an official date in exchange for your help. Ryu's right. You aren't getting any younger even with the Sword of Time. My point is this. The next time Zelda does an oops, think about what I said, okay? We all know you deserve it. And if that fails, leave Hyrule. No sacrifice, no victory, right?"

"Thanks, Tiff. This smells great!" Devouring the food as if he was some ravenous wolf, Ryu finished his meal in record time followed by a rather long belch.
