No offense but I do have to agree with Meareign.
Ramen, ha I can't even pronouce the word in my head without sounding all asain, is like any pasta. And it isn't always spiced. Though there are jokes about asains that ramen is one of the main food groups, it's not really much of anything. You can place the noodles in any type of broth or soup (or whatever) , add what you please and you can call it ramen. Personally ramen is becoming such a vauge term that it varies from person to person from the experiences.
I'm not saying I don't like it, though I had to force some down this morning, I'm just with Meareign with this.
Cracker jacks, this is reminding me of speghetti and all the differnt sauces. -_-
