Well male confessors immediately get their power back in them while female confessors need rest, that's one reason why they were dangerous, not to mention how much more dangerous they were when they had wizard's powers along to go with the confessor's power.
And if there' was a female lord rahl she'd be a lady rahl, and her magic would be a sorceress's magic and therefore might not work with the giant glyph that the House of Rahl makes with its people runnign along inside of it since it takes wizard's magic and only males can be wizards.
I think that about covers it. o.o

It had to be a wizard's magic that made it since it was always a wizard that kept the magical protections intact. I had thought once that it was only war wizards 'cause the first Rahl was a war wizard and Richard is one but Darken Rahl was just a regular wizard.

well I guess she will just have to get that thing that sisters of the dark used and skin a wizard and suck out his han and make it her own. How about that? Richard would never approve, lol.

Hmm well I know in the past that Male confessor's went out of control. But who's to say that Kahlan and Richard couldn't teach their child?

Yeh, and I doubt he'll leave any sisters of the dark alive, and if he does it might just be 'cause they've gone back to the 'light'. xD Pretty much everything's been sealed for a female magic-user to not be able to be a Lord Rahl (also the fact that she'd technically be a LADY Rahl, hehe :3), and now that Zedd's out of hiding and there's Nathan and Richard, there won't be any need for sisters to even have the collars since now the wizards can teach them, so they wouldn't have the chance to skin any wizards. x3 It'd be cool that if they did, Predator came out and killed them, skinned them too, and hung them by their foot into a tree for people to find the corpse, I loved that part of the movie! xD

grr you just have an answer for everything huh? I think you just dont want a Lady Rahl.
Where does it say it needs a wizards(male han gift) magic though? I thought it just said it need to be a gifted heir of a rahl to rule, and all other were killed.

I thought it just said it need to be a gifted heir of a rahl to rule, and all other were killed. Because it was with a wiard's magic that the whole link to the Dh'aran people was created, and both Zedd and Shota and the old lady Prelate (forgot her name D: ) talked about how each different person's magical abilities are seperate and unique from the other : wizard, sorceress, witch-woman, etc. Sorry if it seems that way, I ish not being anti-lady Rahl, it's just that it wouldn't have a lot of sense for it to happen 'cause there's no evidence for it to work. D:
