Name: Tsubasa Haruno "The Manipulative Nin"
Age: (Sakura's age)
Relations to other characters: The youngest Haruno sister.
Bio: She was raised by her mother far away from Konoha, and came to the said village when she was 12 in search of her sister. She wanted to stay, so they allowed it and she trained to become a ninja. She started the Academy training AND then passed the Chunin exams in the same year.
Her chakra control is odd, you see, she doesn't use her own, but changes other peoples chakra or uses the chakra from the air around her.
(EX: if Sasuke uses pheonix flower jutsu she could change the target or make the aim 100% accurate. She can also use the air around them up to 30 feet to see if they are being followed by seeing other people's chakra with the wind or earth)

Tsubasa sighed loudly as she walked down a street. She'd been so lonely lately. With everything happening she only was training and saying goodnight to her sisters.
She heard shouting at the ramen shop.
