Chou stared out of the gap within the exit, the stars sparkling as bright as the sun, each one unique making some sort of new fascinating shape. She stood not being able to sleep from her previous nap which wasn't so long ago, wandering out of the den and down a small path as droplets of rain poured down over the land hitting the youngsters nose as she stared up towards the heavens in interest. "Rain..." A small smile grew as she went into the open clearing, letting the icy droplets run down over her as the rate they were falling at increased into a heavy shower. "Water withering the night away..." She mumbled as small animals scurried away to their nests, Chou still remaining there as the night slowly ticked on by.

Akane was in a tree trunk that had fallen to the ground some time ago as he stared out into the night before slowly drifting off to sleep it was cold, he missed the warmth of his brothers and sisters around him but he gave that all up and he stood by his decision he would not be able to grow if he had stayed there. He let out a small yawn as he drifted off to sleep once again.
The next morning Akane was awake at the crack of dawn it was still raining but just lightly so he walked out over to a fruit tree as he started to eat the red fruit.

[Ok, the way them two are going, at this rate they'll never meet ¬¬ so I'm just going to cut straight to the point.]
Chou had been wandering the whole night through the rain just letting the water cool herself and her emotions of both fear and anxiety. Her eyes casted upwards to meet the droplets of icy liquid still falling from the sky at a drizzle, she turned her gaze as she slowly came to a halt seeing the red puddle by a bush as her eyes widened. 'blood...? A sitara?.. OH NO! What should I do???' She bit her lip as she edged on closer towards the unknown, her ears pinned back to her forehead and her body in a crouched position ready to pounce in defense of herself until she jumped through the bush, gazing on blankly at the surprise placed in front of her. 'oopsie... Heheh...heh...?'

"oh for the love of..." he mumbled to himself seeing a sight he was planning never to see again first she stalked him all the way to Kazu's and now shes here... he rolled his eyes. "Chou what are you doing here...?" he asked bluntly a little ticked off he was wounded and cranky from lack of blood and sleep stupid thorns, he cursed pulling some from his paws.

Chou jumped to the side of him, pretty surprised it was him she had actually pounced into before she sat down her fur still damp and droplets of water falling from the sagging fur. " To be honest.. I kind of just wandered in this direction. After the other day I didn't know what to do. I liked the rain and decided to go for a walk.. it just happened to be you I bumped into..." She admitted as her ears fall back against her head. "Your... Hurt." She blinked looking at the mass of thorns attached along his skin and entangled in his fur.

"No i am fine just a minor slip up." he stated as he jumped back up onto the rock he had been sleeping all night as he continued to pull the thorns from his skin finally plucking the last one out as he rested his head on his paws, why...why why me why her why... he thought to himself why couldn't she be Eiki's stalker for crying out loud...

Chou just watched him with her head slightly lowered, she couldn't believe how long it had been and how confusing things had become, she let a small sigh as the haze of the fog was slowly closing in around everything, the light drizzle still in place. She looked up to see him, her tail curled around her front paws. "...Don't... Don't you miss home...?" She asked, ever since they all went separate ways, she could see the changes increasingly turning them into unfamiliar people.

"why would i that place wasn't are home Chou dont you see we never had a home, we where the dirt people left behind for someone else to find..." he grumbled looking into the lake infront of him his refection staring right back it annoyed him so much that they where left there they where so many questions he knew he could never answer.

Chou's eyes raised to meet the red and black sitara she would never raise her voice unless something really did get to her, like now. The past was a blur and she hated the feeling of being unwanted as she tried the best she could to be invisible to everyone that didn't mean anything to her, that way she wouldn't be a burden. " Akane! Don't you see, so what if we were that dirt! At least... At least they were are family! Don't be so foolish minded, they TOOk us back, THEY were the ones that wanted us... Accepted us, took care of us. We MEANT something don't you see... So in actual fact... In a way they might as well of been..." Tears fled from her eyes as she turned to look at the ground, she couldn't believe she had spurted all that out, especially at him but it just needed to be said... they couldn't be so ungrateful for people who really loved them rather than the fools who left them behind who were meant to be called their parents.... Family.

"Well if they meant so much to you Chou why did you leave...? i never remember asking you to some." he stated glaring over at her with icy eyes. shes crying... he thought to himself his glare lightning slightly as he let out a small sigh. "go back to them Chou you are better off there than here..." he stated as he jumped down from the rock landing on his feet. The wind blew his fringe about in many directions as he looked over his shoulder at her.

Chou looked over as the icy droplets fell to the floor. " no... it just hurts to see people change... If I thought I wasn't gonna be alright out here, I wouldn't of followed you in the first place, and thats why I'm here because I wasn't going to let the only one who means..." she paused thinking of some way to word it.
" as much as a friend just flee from my life like nothing..." she sighed, as she shivered, her eyes quivered at the sight of her friend wanting to g and do what she feared the most.

"fine whatever just dont get in my way..." he sighed he couldnt believe he was actually going to let her follow him, he planned not to let anyone come along but i guess Chou could always get away with anything around him it had been like that forever. "But you do what i tell you..." he added glaring back waiting for her to follow, just to confirm his state of power.

Chou's ears flickered as her eyes lit up in a ray of hope and a smile grew to her face, she jumped to her feet and nodded glad that everything had finally jumped to the other side. It had always been like that but she was happy to do as he said, she slowly walked over to his side, her tail hung as she waited from him to continue. "Okay... I won't get in your way... I promise" She casted a soft smile over at him.

He rolled his eyes at the face she was so perky all the time, he walked forward to s den as he jumped into the doorway laying down in a small nest that he had made for himself as he budged over letting her jump into it as the rain began to fall heavy again it was amazing at how much it rained recently it reflected his mood he didn't seem to be having anything go his way, a lot of bad luck seemed to be following him .

Chou jumped through the entrance into the den as she laid by his side, looking out in amazement now that the rain was falling even heavier than it was the previous night. She wondered at questions that seemed to trail through her head. "Akane... Why do you always want to be on your own all the time...?" She asked, it must be lonely having so much space and even more time to think.
