"Different than other captains? Rules...?" Tami asked as she rested her arm on her sword hilt. "Go ahead and explain taichou. I'm all ears."

Tami let out a sigh as her captain rushed off. 'I guess captains are really busy.' She thought as she slipped her arms out of her kimono and let the top fall to her waist. Tami figured she would spend some time exploring her new surrounding. "I'm sure a training ground can't be that hard to find." She said to herself turning around and leaving the squad five's headquarters.

The brunette gave a startled yelp as she felt Nemuri's arm around her shoulder, her eyes widening for a few seconds before she swallowed, clutching the papers tighter against her. "Onegai... Watashi wa... Hinamori." she whispered, trembling only sligtly. "Not Momo." she added softly, lowering her head a bit. The only one who had called her that were her closest friends, consisting out of Renji, Kira, Rangiku and Hitsugaya. "And I wasn't--" no, that was a lie. She had been thinking of him, but maybe not the way Nemuri thought. She had been thinking about all the horrible things she had gone through thanks to Aizen, the pain he had caused her.

Finally, a warm smile curled around her lips as she turned to look at Nemuri. "Hontou.. don't worry about me, i'm perfectly fine. And thank you for the flower, Taichou." she stated cheerily, taking the flower with one hand and tucking it in her pocket as she brought her hand back to the papers. "Oh don't worry, such things fade after a while." she said with a light laugh. "I finished the paperwork that had to be done for today, so they can be delivered now. I was just on my way."

Nemuri pats her on on the head. "You are quite the hard worker, It's no wonder you were made lieutenant, and your welcome for the flower my dear."
Nemuri then had turned around putting his arms in his sleeves. "Mo- I mean, Hinamori, Sorry I knew Toshiro called you that and thought it would be alright for me to also call you by it. Oh yes, and it is alright to call me by my normal name, unless calling me Taichou is more comfortable, then by all means continue calling me your Taichou, but if you ever need to come to me to talk about something you would normally tell a friend, I wish for you to speak to me as if I was just another shinigami. My obligations are first being the Captain of squad five, and a friend second, but to me, being a friend to those under me, is just as important as being their Captain."
Nemuri sighed at the end of his long statement. "I hope none of that made you feel uncomfortable Hinamori."

Nemuri smiled in gratitude for once again complimenting the flower, then gave a cheerful nod after hearing Hinamori say she would talk to him if anything came up. "It's been a pleasure speaking to you Hinamori, but I think I've held you up a little long, please, continue your duties, before I might have to scold myself for keeping squad members from doing their jobs." Nemuri gave a small laugh to his own joke.

Nanao followed quietly behind her captain the whole way to the fifth division. She had been running though her head the different things she would need to say and the kidou she would need to choose for the task at hand. She stopped a few feet behind her captain listing to him as he spoke. With a small nod she opened her mouth herself. "Sir, is there anything in particular you would like me to say?" She asked quickly not wanting to do anything wrong

"Hmm..." Shunsui thought as he focused on keeping the wind under control. "Well you need to say my name, rank, squad number, and... what about a flashy title? Something cool? I can't think of anything but if you have an idea, let me know, otherwise we can just go with what we already have."

Kyouraku slowly walked out from behind the wall and stepped through the doorway. The wind created by his zanpakuto flared up, creating a fiery tornado around him as he walked forward with both of his swords down at his side pointed outward. His eyes were closed and a small smile sat on his face as he walked, trying to look as cool as possible. He stopped as soon as he was several feet inside the courtyard and the tornado grew in size. The flaming leaves began to lift upward and blew out witht the increased intensity of the wind. Once he was sure every leaf was extinguished he let the wind disperse in all directions and he slowly sheathed his blades.

"Thank you, Nanao-Chan." He said in an enthusiastic voice, just before opening his eyes. He gave a sharp, but kind glance to Nemuri, acknowledging him for the moment, but did not move from his position. He stood there with his hat slightly tilted downward, the wind blowing his ponytail slightly in the breeze. "Oh yeah, that was cool!" He thought as he waited for some sort of response.
