XDD pssh, at least the one I gave actually has the purple eyes D: lol but it's deeper than appearance, I swear. and Eh, msot blonde ahired bishounen look the same. I vote from now on we have to state how their personality or situation is similar, as well.
Winner is basically from a long line of great vampire hunters (that have like a vendetta agaisnt Karin's family ) but he himself really, REALLY sucks at it. XD he goes around trying to find vampires and... is smitten with Karin, not even realizing that she is a vampire XD (hell, he at some point meets almsot every other member of ehr family but never realizes they're vampires... well, cept Elda, but she wasn't exactly hiding. )
Honestly, he's a total Klutz XD
He has the semi-obnoxious happy-go-lucky personality. He is cosntantly trying to (unsuccessfully) woo Karin... practically every girl at the school is a fangirl of him (and he does act polite towards them as well. )
the green haired girl is Karin's best friend, Maki... I forget exactly why he gave her a rose there... (I think it had something to do with knowing that he wouldn't be able to get close to KArin without treating her friend well too ) but she has a crush on him, despite the fact that he doesn't even really remember her name due to only having eyes for Karin, it seems...

I still vote for Guiche.
XD Not only does he look just like him , but spouts womanizing phrases JUST like Tamaki's Like:
"I can not lie while being watched by your eyes"
and I can tottally even see Verdandi being his version of Beary.
It's freaky looking to everybody else but he INSISTS it's beautiful.
I cant see the wolfram connection being anything other then being blonde.
Wolfram is FAR too far from Tamaki's personality...personally I think he's a bit more like Hikaru. XDDD

Well, I thought I was on topic for the first few posts, but now...o_o

Oh, which reminds me, the main "chairman"/president in Clamp School Detectives slightly reminds me of Tamaki. He loves women, and he means everything he says. He isn't clumsy or as dramtic, but he does have a problem with getting his work done on time.
He reminded me of Tamaki when I reread the series.
His counter-character in Tsubasa is even closer because he is older and even more fluent with words. surprised
