This presentation from my Computer Science course would certainly help. Looking at it from Truth Tables makes it easier to understand.

There is one problem. Truth tables are limited C. In boolean logic, C only has 1 and 0 in it. But then again, truth tables containing things like .25, .5, and .75 are very complicated.
Digital logic is fun, and it is where I started logic, so it may in fact be the best place to start at. But I did include basic truth tables anyways, didn't I?
